Made a breakfast booking specifically for the açai bowl, but unfortunately they ran out.
Had banana bread instead, which was nice as it didn’t come with the standard butter. It had a side of cinnamon butter. The b.l.a.t was enjoyed, as were the scrambled eggs. Coffee was good too.

Was a lovely place to have breakfast, the staff were awesome and looked after you and the service was really quick. We had the big breakfast which was yummy and the fresh juice was great. Would highly recommend this place and i will be coming here again.

This Cafe, on Chevron Island was very nice. I stopped in at 06:30 on a Sunday Morning for a hot chocolate and carrot cake. The hot chocolate was nice and hot, as most cafe's tend to make the hot chocolate just warm which is not as enjoyable as when it is hot! The carrot cake was yummy too! If you are passing through don't forget to take a break, and enjoy your day by stopping at cafe Alfons on Chevron Island.

Discovered this popular locals cafe entirely by accident. Had a spare 30 mins between deliveries so popped in for brekky. So glad I did. Service was quick, polite and efficient. Prices are very reasonable considering location and the food ? Wow ! Just awesome. Today (as pictured) I had the eggs benny with bacon and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was smooth, velvety and creamy, just devine. My eggs benny were great as usual. My favourite though has to be the corn fritters with chilli jam 🤩 Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Looking for a café for a nice quick bite to eat and a coffee for breakfast found us outside Café Alfons. It looked busy with locals which is a good sign and while deciding to try it or not I spotted a friend who said they had the best coffee and she'd never had anything that wasn't delicious. So we asked for a table, ordered our coffees and breakie. And I must say my flat white and toasted organic fruit bread was delicious �. And looking at the other meals being delivered around me they too looked delicious and by the clean plates when they had finished they must have been. I'll definitely be going back to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

Do yourself a favour and eat here!! Went on TripAdvisor and found this cafe as #1 for breakfast- it did not disappoint. Outstanding food, attentive and friendly wait staff and made sure our children were occupied with colouring books and pencils. Cake selection was second to none. Will be back.

Friendly staff and delicious food and drinks made our visit great. The chicken burger and chicken & mushroom pot pie were both tasty and beautifully presented and our caramel latte and hot chocolate were yummy too. Would definitely recommend Cafe Alfons 👌

Overheard them dealing with a customer who insisted on a very hot cofee. The Barista through the waiter made the client aware that this would burn the coffee and it could only be reheated in the microwave.
Just showed the ability to deal with a situation but protect the Great coffee on offer. �

What can I say. We have driven past this place so many times and said "We should try this place". Well it was great. We were greeted with a smile and a welcome. Order taken and I had Hash Brown with eggs and bacon and wife had eggs Benny with bacon and avo. The meals were perfect size. Coffee was great. Nothing left on the plates. Service was greT from beginning to end. A must go to. We will be back.

Some of the best customer service, all the girls were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. I asked for fried eggs and was served sunny side up with lots of runny white which I didn’t enjoy. Serving size was also very very small - a piece of toast with avo, greens and a small amount of feta for $17 wasnt the best. Good coffee but need larger portion sizes for the price.

Diana. Very attentive, friendly, impeccable service. We had breakfast here recently & although I made the wrong choice of scrambled egg (which I vow never to do again, I have this thing about scrambled eggs, they have to be fresh eggs, not that powdered rubbish which seems to turn into tasteless, soggy wet, string) My partner did make a good choice however, he said the savoury mince was one of the tastiest he has had. Another let down was the coffee, we asked for it hot & it came out luke warm. With another choice of breakfast for myself I think Alfons would have been a winner though
