My first visit to Hard Rock on the Gold Coast and it couldn’t have been better! Our waiter JJ (sorry about spelling �) was absolutely fantastic, he was outgoing and fun. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy and catered for! The food was mouth watering, we didn’t have a single complaint! Whilst I loved the restaurant this is really a massive shout out for JJ, he made the experience awesome and complete with singing!
We are currently staying in Surfers Paradise and decided to visit The Hard Rock Cafe. Our waiter was JJ who was absolutely amazing. The customer service he provided was incredible, so friendly and made us feel comfortable - also recommended delicious food and cocktails. He was running around the whole night doing a fabulous job, looking after different tables but also carrying out that service with every customer. Massive thank you to JJ and the chefs. Bloody amazing service & food.���

Fantastic atmosphere! Love the decor and ambience. The service was great; very friendly and nice.
The drinks were huge like you honestly get your money’s worth which is great!
The food was delicious and kept us full until a late dinner time.

2 for 1 cocktails during happy hour what can i say except keep them coming. Kids mac and cheese tasted great he ate it all so must uave been good. We both ordered burgers and yes worth every minute waiting for them. Only 2 hard rocks left in oz so worth the visit. Hot fudge sundae mmmm. Staff efficient and pleasant. Has a lift for prams amazing bonus for us. Nice to see all the famous items around. Will be back for sure on our next visit to surfers paradise.
Highly recommend going to Hard Rock! Atmosphere is fantastic, staff are attentive and super friendly, food was prepared perfectly and delicious.
Pretty good place to be after a long day trip. Happy hour 2 for 1 cocktails cant say no to that. Potato skins very nice, fajita was very tasty and the bbq ribs just soso. They do have a very good cocktail list must check it out. Service 10/10 my waiter took care of my table pretty well. Would recommend to friends and family. And defintely coming back for happy hour.

First of all; Zomato needs to update its timings as it’s incorrect there.
Location: it’s opposite my apartment in Surfers paradise.
HRC: It’s not a place but an emotion where in New Zealand there is no branch/ HRC there. So Sad
Food: being a vegetarian I am more delighted to see vegetarian options in Gold Coast then in NZ. We ordered Springs Rolls, Quinoa Burger and Garlic toast. The Spring rolls were amazing - they were crispy, filled with peas, cabbage and baked not fried with yogurt dipping and coleslaw.
The quinoa burger was served with chips and had a cheese layer between the bread and patty which was quite tasty. The garlic toast was much regular which is preferably called garlic bread.
Drinks: one Ultimate LIIT with one Jack Daniels and Three Budweiser.
Price: total including drinks was approx $100 which was quite reasonable compared to the drinks and food quantity.
Service: it was a pretty average service as they took almost 7 minutes with one reminder to serve the beers.
Also we got one glass as we had purchased LIIT with one complimentary takeaway glass.
We booked ahead and asked if there would be live entertainment and were told there would be. On the night though there was no live entertainment. We waited about 15 minutes and then asked about our table before we were seated. The food though was worth waiting for. Everyone loved their meals of ribs and burgers. Our waitress was from Spain and was extremely friendly. When she found out there was a birthday she organised a free dessert. My favourite burger was the pulled pork. The marinade was great and the coleslaw with fresh apples sliced through it enhanced the flavour. The macaroni cheese with the ribs was one of the best I’ve had
Amazing food, atmosphere and staff. Music is great, the vibe is good. Really flavoursome meals you don’t mind paying a little bit extra, because it’s worth it. Came here on a Friday night, a little loud but honestly worth it the band is incredible. Definitely deserves a 5/5!!
We orderes grilled chicken and tenderloin steak... i love the sauce. I like the texture of the chicken too... good place to visit. Near surfers paradise, easy too find. Oh, and they have a good staf!

We ordered the hickory-smoked trio barbecue combo to share. This was comprised of smoked chicken, pulled pork and smoked pork ribs. Our favourite meat was the pork ribs. The other two options were average. We also ordered two drinks: a pina colada and lemon lime bitters. These were enjoyable.

We waited a little while for our meal to be served otherwise our waiter was friendly and engaging.

We found the food to be a little overpriced for the quality of the meals however we recommend the experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fun and energetic.
