Staff have always been friendly and the coffee is decent. The interior could do with some TLC - great for takeaway, but the dine-in experience leaves a bit to be desired. We'd still choose this over Starbucks across the road any day.

Nice little coffee shop on the corner of Elkhorn Avenue and Surfers Paradise Boulevard.
Not a lot of seating inside and none outside. But that is part of the location, not much can be done about that. I can also understand some of the bad reviews, but I also know that it can be extremely tough on small businesses when there are very few tourists around 😢😢😢
My experience here was very good. Coffee was great, nice and hot, the way I like it.
They make a nice variety of snacks and some tempting sweets are available.
And the barista was very friendly. Thank you .😁😁😁
Most days before work I come in to get a coffee from this Gloria Jean’s, and every single time 11/10 it is amazing coffee and amazing customer service. Rita and Jess constantly start my working day off on a good note with some of the best customer service I’ve experienced paired with the best drinks and food!
For where the store is and how busy it can get around there they do such a great job, most of the time they’re on their own and constantly handle the rush with poise and friendliness, no matter how much stress they might be under I’m ALWAYS met with a smile.
If you work around Surfer’s or are simply in visiting on a trip, I can’t recommend this cafe enough, from all aspects!

Friendly service and great tasting cold drinks for a good price. Got a Iced Mocha & Mudslide Mocha, really yummy 😋
They have the best coffee in town, I know because I am a Barista myself. Coffee wise, it is way more better than the Starbucks across the road and service is superb : )
