I work around the corner from Lotus Story in Ultimo and frequently get food or coffee here. The team is so lovely, polite, friendly and well-mannered. They always take care of their customers and know how to put a smile on my face. The baguettes and chicken laksa is very tasty and fresh and even though there have been the occasional mishap with an order, the staff are always efficient in their response, apologetic and helpful. It may be a city cafe, but the staff always make it feel like home sweet home. Thank you, team. You're pretty awesome!
