So many good things to say about this place. Where do I start? The staff are awesome, happy, friendly and welcoming. And the food!! Wow. The Tofu salad was sensational. Every mouthful was a delight. Tea was delicious, cheese toastie was the bomb, can't wait to go back. 10/10

It’s super busy Monday to Friday at lunch with all the tables full and you can see why. Great coffee and salads. I got a beef brisket salad but there’s heaps of choices. Located in a nice trendy alleyway, great to sit and talk.

Room 10 can get crazy busy and the line up for coffee can be long. Absolutely no regrets on either of the sandwiches. Absolutely loved the mushroom sandwich and the amazing hot smoky BBQ sauce paired will with everything. I found it so addictive. You’ll have to come try it for yourself.
Friendly service and good food. Simple and wholesome, I loved every bite. The ocean trout salad was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend! The three cheese mushroom melt was soo delicious and so was the brisket sandwich. The Smokey bbq sauce here is also really good.
The salad bowl is a bit small but it is filled full, so it is a little hard to eat without food falling out of the bowl. Coffee here was okay.
It is still a perfect place for lunch. I can’t wait to go back.

Lovee the mediterranian breakkue and the daily special :) staffs were superbly friendly.. i guess the saying is true, great food comes from the smallest kitchen :) come early to avoid the queue!
One of the best places for coffee in the neighborhood with perfect smooth strong coffee. It’s a small hole in the wall so perfect for take away or quick sit and go. Probably not the place if you want to hang around for hours reading a book or hanging a friend as it’s small and cramped and just not geared for that.
Food is creative, edgy and perfectly executed. The soft boiled eggs a sensational, perfectly done, swimming in a touch of olive oil and seasoning. Avocado with feta, mint and lemon was fresh, bursting with flavor. The cheese toasty was delicious and decadent. Another time had the Mediterranean breakfast which was fantastic, lots of attention to detail in the seasoning, every bite is just delicious.
Friendly and efficient service. They use the tiny space super well.

A small, bustling cafe, with staff constantly moving to fulfil requests and orders. It makes for an interesting catch-up experience but there can be lines. The food was as described in the menu and tasted fresh but nothing spectacular to me. This place does basics well and I left feeling just about full.

Its definitively one of the best places for a proper 'toastie' super crunchy on the outside, very cheesy and like I would say... 'made with love'.

We came here on a Saturday morning and waited for appx 20 mins for seats. should be less crowded on weekdays
By far the busiest place along this laneway just before midday on Sunday. Luckily someone else was just leaving & we got a seat inside along the kitchen action. We got some coffee & hot chocolate and some cakes. Probably not the most chillax spot to enjoy a coffee break. The coffee & hot choc were really good. The cakes, Persian Love cake & earl grey cake, were a bit dense & dry, but did have good flavours. The place is probably best for savoury & coffees.
Super simple, delicious, fresh and tasty brunch! Room ten is one of my absolute faves and will keep coming back here for the food!

Nice coffee and Chai latte. Mushroom sandwich and beef brisket sandwich were delicious but I felt it was a bit small portion for the price. Still enjoyed it. Good customer service.

I can totally understand the hype - their sandwiches are freaking tasty! The Mushroom Melt is very flavourful and cheesy, absolutely recommend everyone to try it. Coffee is great and the staff is super friendly too. Great place to enjoy a nice brunch or just a coffee and to watch people walking by. Will definitely be back to try something else from their menu next time.
Room 10 sells the best oat flat white in the whole of Sydney. Andrew and his team have done a fantastic job creating the menu. Their sandwiches are incredible, and no matter what you choose, it's yummy. Erina, Ben, Oak and the rest of the staff are very friendly and always get your order right. It's the best place to eat in Potts Point, highly recommended!!

This place has been around for ages and it's a local Potts Point institution. Their Salad and Sandwich are really hearty and satisfying portion and they serve good mecca coffee. Staff are really friendly & helpful too. It's a great little spot in Llankelly Place to have brunch/lunch and people watching as it's constantly packed with people walking in for brunch.
I usually come for their weekend special or the weekly weekday soup special (only available late autumn/winter) as it's always something different and nice. This week weekday special soup is the sweet and sour chicken soup with rissoni served with brickfield sourdough & Pepe Saya/Meander Valley Dairy butter. Perfect comfort & satisfying feed for colder days.
