Nice coffee and Chai latte. Mushroom sandwich and beef brisket sandwich were delicious but I felt it was a bit small portion for the price. Still enjoyed it. Good customer service.

I can totally understand the hype - their sandwiches are freaking tasty! The Mushroom Melt is very flavourful and cheesy, absolutely recommend everyone to try it. Coffee is great and the staff is super friendly too. Great place to enjoy a nice brunch or just a coffee and to watch people walking by.
Room 10 sells the best oat flat white in the whole of Sydney. Andrew and his team have done a fantastic job creating the menu.
