Delicious late breakfast on Sunday- I had the buckwheat pancake with bacon & poached eggs - can recommend this dish! They were very busy but service was quick- always a good sign if a place is busy
The blueberry crumpet was perhaps the most memorably delicious breakfast dish I’ve ever had. Add to that top-notch coffee, and this place is unmissable. Could do with slightly more lighting in places though.
Well, just had a brunch there..
1. The reception is really friendly
2. The front of house staff are friendly too, drinks menu and etc served once I sit in. Compare to other famous brunch store that I've been before, I would rate 3 Williams service is the best
3. Atmosphere is ok too.
4. Thanks to the kitchen team, they delivered us a very nice meal.
I ordered roasted duck narnies with pear, the duck is great and once have it with the poached pear, it's awesome.
The French toast with berries is great.
Will be back again. Well done!!
The only reason I'm rating this is to be fair to how good this place, the food, and the staff are. Hands down my favourite local weekend brunch spot. This places keeps on giving.
Can’t fault this place!! I went with my boyfriend and the food was sensational and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Highly recommended and I WILL be returning!! Bravo
Dessert was the best thing ever with coffee. Service was so friendly and welcoming. The Turkish delight with cookies n cream was a piece of artwork too yummy to eat.
Stumbled upon this place by accident and glad I did. As a cafe owner I dont get alot of spare time and I find it hard to not be critical of where I eat or drink. This place was great. From the moment we walked in the staff were attentive, informative and interactive. Food was sensational and great quantity for price. Coffee was also great and loved the fact that staff were able to answer all questions about their blend. Definately coming back on my spare time...
We took our three Williams' to threewilliams fantastic food and our waiter James was a star! Would definitely recommend (had a short wait but worth it!)
Just popped in with a bunch of twin mums. Thanks for being so hospitable and helpful, and the food was amazing!
Hands down the best cafe in Sydney. The staff are super friendly and coffee top notch. 5/5 would recommend.
We will be back!!
Came in for brunch/lunch yesterday after finding you on the 10 best kid friendly cafe's in Sydney and we were certainly not let down!
Not only was the food all delicious - the service was incredibly friendly and high quality. So nice to have a cafe that is so good and yet not pretentious and above good customer service.
That french toast!! - Amazing! Thanks so much!
Three Williams is an ideal place to brunch, easy parking and friendly staff! There was quite a variety on the menu - I opted for the maple pork, truffle fries and bacon and egg with fried chicken.
The maple pork sausage had a delicious sweet flavour which paired well with the tartness of the green apple and jus. The only component I did not enjoy was the crumbed lambs fry as it was quite pungent but this is a completely personal preference!! Everything else on the dish was tasty.
The bacon and egg burger with fried chicken was amazing!! The burger did not fall apart and was quite easy to eat, it is definitely quite heavy for a brekky burger but why not, the flavours were on point as it was not too complicated and easy to eat.
I found the truffle fries to be quite expensive as it was over $20 but the portion of truffle and fries we received was large. No complaints with the flavour itself but just a tad expensive especially if it was only for 2 people and we struggled to finish it. A smaller portion for maybe $12-15 would be more ideal personally.
Three Williams has always been a go-to and safe place to have brunch, I do enjoy coming back and the service is always outstanding! Definitely a 8/10 for both food and service/atmosphere.

We went here just based on the reviews and it was worth every bite. It does get really crowded during the afternoons.
The truffle plate is yummy and makes you craving for more.
Definitely worth going more than once.
We only ever give Three Williams a visit during truffle season because they do an amazing brunch menu for it! The angel hair truffle, duck pasta is my favourite. The rich, creamy sauce, covered in bits of roasted duck and truffle shavings makes me wish I could eat several plates. They also do other great dishes like a good eggs benny, their way.
WHAT TIME IS IT??? Oooh yesss it’s #TRUFFLE TIME!! The Truffle season is finally here!! Grab these delightful meal just at @threewilliamscafe 💕 .

🌟 Truffle Duck Pasta.
🌟 Truffle Crumpets.
🌟 Truffle Beef Cheeks.
Coffee was great and the food came out very fast. The angel pasta however, lacks truffle flavour and the food is very pricey.
Staff were accommodating, friendly and attentive. The food came out relatively quickly. The food was packed full of flavour.
We went on a weekend and luckily there’s no line. The staff there are very nice and professional. I ordered the special of that weekend - I think it was mushroom scrambled eggs and bacon on a croissant with rocket salad. My boyfriend ordered the cheese burger. They were both beautiful. The coffee is good too. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
Based on what I had seen of the menu, I hadn’t expected to like Three Williams nearly as much as I did. Although the food may not be quite as inventive as some other newer establishments around town, it nevertheless had enough flair to keep it interesting, and the execution was faultless. Supplemented by service that was friendly from beginning to end, Three Williams proves that just because a restaurant has been around for a while, it doesn’t mean it can’t still keep up with the best of them.
Rating: 4.3
* food: 5/5
* Customer service: 4/5
* Interior: 4/5
The mango French toast was absolutely delicious. The mango flavour was mixed in so seamlessly with the French toast. Nice and soft in the inside while the outside had a good crunch on the crusted sides topped with mango cubes and ice cream. Highly recommend this dish.
The rainbow goddess salad was refreshing topped with king salmon sashimi. It had a good mix of purple cabbage, Zucchini, cherry tomatoes, grilled broccoli and flavoured with soy & yuzu dressing. Healthy digest ☺️
Overall, the staff were friendly and the interior is nice and simple however the lighting was quite dark for a cafe. Would definitely visit here again for the food though.

The great: The duck narnie is one of the most interesting brunch dishes I’ve had. It’s essentially a pita with hoisin duck. The combo of tender roast duck pieces and cabbage slaw really worked. Portions were also quite generous. Coffee was representative of Sydney’s high standards
The good: my partner ordered the Joe which was essentially a breakfast burger. He said the classic combo of bacon and burger worked well. Good price point of $15 too.
The not so good: The only shortfall was the service. We watched the staff chitchat with their friends and not serve us for a good five minutes. When we were finally seated, the host kind of rushed us to our table and never speaks to customers politely. Midway through, we tried to order from a waitress who was free. The host told the waitress off for speaking to us and insisted that she took our order instead. This made us quite uncomfortable. We also found the ambience a bit darker than usual as it was designed to be a bunker cafe with only 1 source of light. Still, enjoyable food means we would come back!
Highly recommended (with rank):
1. Roasted peking duck angel hair pasta
2. Mac & Cheese Croissant
3. A nice coffee would be a good match
Comments:
1. Definitely the best pasta I had ever in Sydney. Totally out of my expectation! Pleasant peking duck on the nose, not oily at all. The taste is rich and hard to get tired of, I can't stop myself having it even I'm a bit full. It come in a nice big serve which is totally enough for 1, good value for money.
2. If you really like Mac & Cheese Croissant, I also recommend you to try Cuckoo Callay in Newtown. They taste a bit different as they cooked the mac & cheese in a different way. Here, they have fillings inside which is more like croquettes, while Cuckoo Callay just put them in between croissant. I couldn't see which is better caz both of them is really worth trying!!
Truffles:
This store is famous for truffles, while last time I missed. Ask before you go and try to go a bit earlier as they sold out quickly. If there is no truffle, they will take the $10 off from the truffle menu as I recall.
This place has the most amazing breakfasts. The maple bacon with buckwheat pancake is totally glutinous!
Can honestly say I haven’t experienced a dish like that in Sydney. Just wish they were on the North shore!

Was invited in by the friendly staff who was very prompt in their service. We ordered from the special truffle menu - the Peking duck noodles and the French toast. Both of these dishes tasted do decadent with beautiful play if flavours along with the truffle!
We were unsure about how truffles went on a sweet dish such as the French toast but was totally blown away the dish which had amazing flavours and popping candy and every bite turned out to be a party in our mouth!
Excellent value for money and This meal was the absolute highlight of this trip to Sydney!
Bunker lower ground style cafe in redfern, with a seasonal menu. Gay time French toast was super tasty, with a crunch exterior and soft fluffy interior, plus a scoop of ice cream that cuts through the warm bread. The flakes and sauce complimented the fish really well and gave a fun flavourful texture. Chickpea bowl tasted decent, done well as a vegetarian dish
Came here and had the truffles with mac n cheese croissant! Highly recommend!! The lighting of this restaurant is a bit dark.
Con: there were no options to have the Mac n cheese croissant without truffles.
A nice industrial style cafe, a little bit long time waiting to be seat. I was there at around 2pm and was looking forward for the special truffle menu, but he croissant was already very soggy. The coffee was perfect and staff were friendly.
Maple Bacon Bilini : 😍 Amazing
Truffle Chicken Breast : 😁 Great
Truffle Sausage : 😍 Amazing
Get in early if you’re coming because the wait time for a table can be insane! Tried a couple dishes on the new truffle menu and I personally would recommend the truffle sausages. The Maple Bacon Bilini was also delicious and it’s on the regular menu so you’ll be able to order it anytime. Coffee was good and atmosphere was pumping. Loved it.
⭐️It’s Truffle season!! 😜
Three Williams at Redfern has a special menu this season with a variety of truffle dishes! I missed out last year so I had to check it out this time! If you’re a truffle fan, I highly recommend you check out them! Just a tip, arrive here early if you’re thinking of coming here on the weekend brunch, my friend and I had to wait around 30mins. Worth the wait tho! 😊 prices for these specials are higher than I normally pay for brunch but the portions are quite generous.

⭐️ROASTED PEKING DUCK ANGEL HAIR PASTA, GINGER INFUSED CREAM SAUCE, PARSLEY, FRIED ONION CRUMB, FRESH TRUFFLE $38 - this was more of an Asian fusion dish. The flavours were creamy with a satay/mi goreng taste, especially when you crunch on the onion crumb!
⭐️CRUNCHY BRIOCHE FRENCH TOAST, TRUFFLE ICE CREAM, GOLD FEUILLETINE, 🍫CHOCOLATE BROWNIE, CARAMEL COOKIE CRUMB, POPPING CANDY, TRUFFLE ANGLAISE, FRESH RASPBERRIES, FRESH TRUFFLE $29- ❤️❤️loved loved this one!! Not too sweet and the French toast is the perfect kind of crunchy 😍 the different textures of chocolate brownie and the freshness of the raspberries was spot on. Sooo goodddd 😍
I would give 3 stars for food but 1 extra star for service.
Mary, our waiter, she was a lovely experienced waiting staff.
Making joke about how people change they way they ordering food nowadays, ladies having big meal and steak and the man ordering salad bowl 😂, ladies ordering espresso and the man ordering chai latte 🤣🤣🤣.
Anyway lovely chat.
We did try truffle menu,
Chicken with corn pure, kale and truffle was delicious! Chicken was juicy and not over cooked, however I think it’s little salty, maybe for the brine or over season.
Anyway it’s a good dish!
Waffle fries with 3 cheeses sauce shave truffle was nice too.
Then again cheese sauce slightly in the salty side.
My piccolo was good too.
Busting cafe with good service. The coffee was good and so was the food. We tried the special truffle menu and overall it was good, but there were a few letdowns. My chicken dish was too salty I had to keep drinking water... I tired each element alone and all of them were salty, so put together it was hard to finish. From the regular menu we had the maple bacon pancakes and it was quite nice, each element paired perfectly. Overall it was still a good experience.
Three Williams cafe;
From business meetings to leisurely brunches or diners, it’s a spacious secluded space tucked away from the Main Street.
Three Williams has beautifully consistent coffees, excellent food which changes seasonally and friendly staff who serve promptly on arrival.
I can’t fault my service or my meal with Three Williams and look forward to trying more of their menu in the weeks to come.
Today we come to the Redfern’s beloved café, Three Williams. Just come in time to try their truffle season with a drool and totally worth limited edition menu. I’ve tried 3 truffle dish and 1 all day menu, let’s dig in further!
MAPLE BACON BLINI ($22) – buckwheat pancake with maple bacon, wilted baby spinach, poached egg, apple hollandaise, bacon crumb and chives. Try their all day menu (to taste the standard dish of the restaurant and totally blown up). That apple hollandaise is so yum and not all restaurant could make the great one! What a great thing to start with (9/10).
ROASTED PEKING DUCK ANGEL HAIR PASTA ($38) with ginger infused cream sauce, parsley, fried onion crumb and fresh truffle. Least favorite from all the dish that we ordered. It’s good but the price doesn’t payoff. Maybe we must go with their mac and cheese croissant next time. But I love the other dishes collaborate with truffle (7.5/10).
CRISPY TRUFFLE SKIN CHICKEN BREAST ($36) with sweet corn puree, sautéed cavolo nero, oyster mushroom and chestnut jus, sweet corn kernels, fresh truffle. Hands up to the best dish I ever eat in Sydney. Massive great ingredients in one plate, the chestnut jus is top notch. And totally love with the crisp chicken skin + the truffle. I WANT MORE!!! PLEASE MOVE IT TO THE ALL DAY MENU hahaha (10/10).
Another cracking truffle dish would be their TRUFFLE FRENCH TOAST ($29) – Crunchy brioche French toast, truffle ice cream, gold feuilletine, chocolate brownie, caramel cookie cream, popping candy, truffle anglaise, fresh rapberries and shaved truffle. So many kickin’ elements in one plate and it balance well, not overpowered each other. The sour berries, sweet brownie and caramel, ‘pop’ popping candy and of course that heavenly truffle ice cream. Couldn’t ask more! Simple look, extraordinary taste, glad to have the chance to taste it! (10/10)
For the drinks, got some house hot chocolate ($5), hot chai latte ($5), and mango – banana – coconut frappe ($9). Simple one to warm up our body from that super cold weather. Overall, super happy with all the dishes, half an hour waiting – WORTH IT :)
If there is any season to anticipate, it’s definitely truffle season. For those who don’t know, truffles are a fungus that grow in soil, that resemble a potato but with rough skin. Truffles are highly sought after due to its scarcity, but also its flavour - it is considered a delicacy...
stumbled upon this place when my friend and I gave up waiting at another cafe nearby. Only waited a few minutes here and the food and hospitality blew us away! The salad i had was so good and nutritious! loved it. will definitely be back!
Food and service is always fantastic! Breakfast especially is always creative and different from the usual breakfast menu and well priced. Have enjoyed every visit to Three Williams!
One of the most interesting vegan options I’ve ever tried! I had the vegan crumpet complete with cashew cheese avocado mouse, vegan bacon, asparagus, tomato and half a potato with harissa paste. Whilst it looked rather small it was perfectly filling and was such a joy to eat. Too often vegans are presented with bowls and salads and this was such a lovely different option. I haven’t been able to stop raving about it, thank you!
Lovely service and lovely food. We had crab pasta which will be off the menu soon. Absolutely delicious. French toast and Poke bowl. The bowl is bit Japanese style. Lovely too. The smoothie was nice too. Over all it’s a nice place will come back, but if you have to be a bit picky it’s a bit pricey.
One of my favourite places for brunch. A local gem! Always a line up when I've come but the wait is never too long. Every dish I've tried has always been on point. A lot of healthy options too!
Been here twice! Always love going to the Three Williams for a cozy Saturday brunch!
The restaurant was nicely busy for weekends and the food was delicious as usual!
I ordered Crab angel Hair pasta and Spanish omelette on my last visit. The food is fantastic and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
The Flat white was decent.
For sure one of my favourite brunch places in Sydney! My favourite is always the Chicken Quinoa Salad which costs $23 and was totally worth it! The combination of all elements in the dish was amazing and the chicken was cooked perfectly. My friends also ordered the Cheeseburger for $20 and the Spanish Omelette for $21 and the they taste okay.
The service was average as well as one of the staffs were always acting unfriendly. The only thing that keeps making me go back was the Chicken Quinoa Salad. Love it!
This is one of Sydney’s most popular brunch spots and I can understand why. The menu is extensive, the service excellent and the food absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back again to try some more dishes, especially the fried chicken. And the coffee is pretty good too! #threewilliams
Unassuming from the outside but you walk into a spacious, romantically-lit cafe. Relaxed and sophisticated feel. Good service. I ordered a very artistic vegan crumpet; it was small but packed a punch. Surprisingly filling. I recommend this cafe.
Have been here twice after seeing the hype. First time I went with friends and ordered the bruschetta. I found it incredibly salty and expensive for its worth. Second time I went with my mum and ordered the joe 🍔 while she got the maple bacon blini 🥞. I liked this dish a lot more and thought the serving size was good and reasonably priced (as far as brunch places go). The dishes were very filling but I liked the joe more than the pancake (which got a bit heavy to eat after a while). Mum can also confirm that coffee at this place is excellent ☕️
Staffs are friendly, nice food. It won’t disappoint you, we walk 1km from central station, worth it! Definitely will come back again for our next trip to Sydney.
Love the hip, slightly rustic interiors. Highly recommend this place and don't forget to hear the specials... They've always got a good selection.
The Ruby and Rose French Toast: Crunchy brioche French toast, rose cream cheese, white chocolate ice cream, macadamia, white chocolate, raspberry coulis, fresh raspberries. SO GOOD! I didn't feel guilty in the slightest.
The banana walnut smoothie was yum, but heavier than I expected. The cappuccino was decent.
Truffle Mac and Cheese was on their specials that day, and it tasted like comfort in my mouth.
The ruby rose French toast is great. Crunchy on the outside, white chocolate macadamia crumb ice cream acidic raspberries to cut the sweetness. I have a pretty big sweet tooth but I think even for me it was just a bit too sweet. The side of chips for $7 was massive. The beer battered chicken salt chips were so crisp on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. They’ve definitely increased the portion sizes since I Iast came, which was really good!
Friendly Staff& Tasty Foods
Fried chicken narnie is nice and taste like a little barbecue style. Ruby and rose French toast is the best toast I have been eaten
Would visit again because there were many things on the menu I found enticing and it was a difficult decision!
Very friendly staff who didn’t mind that my friends and I sat there all day until they had put all the seats up and kindly asked us to leave. Haha.
A nice cafe that is usually busy this place rolls out food pretty quickly for a 3 man team in the kitchen. Finally got to try their truffle stuff and it was so good. My most favourite was the truffle duck pasta.... So good and tasty.
lovely and friendly staff, not a fan of coffee so didn’t try that
the food was pretty good and not too overpriced
had to walk from central station
I like the tuffle menu very much. The scramble egg is very creamy and the mushroom source taste very very nice. The only thing i am not very happy is ,the normal menu is just at average level
This is one of the places got average coffee but great food; but this is the only place I still would rate 5/5 even the coffee wasn’t that good! We had the truffles menu Peking Duck Pasta, the Bacon Blini, and the French Toast, all great potion and very tasty. Worthwhile the 40 min waiting!
Catching the truffle season! The staffs are friendly, food serving fast. The truffle fries and pasta are my favourite! It’s yum! Worth for the wait and will be returning for sure!
Decided to try the seasonal truffle menu and boy did it meet my expectations! Admittedly had one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. The amount of truffle and duck was a great ratio to the amazing, well seasoned pasta. The waffle fries were so-so and not a favourite but overall it was an alright dish. Would definitely come back here again just for the pasta!!
Sydney is very, very good at brunch. Puts San Francisco to shame. The offerings are vast, creative, and generally, delicious. On my visit to Sydney in February, I only had one day I could get brunch, as I was working the rest of the time. I nearly returned to Cuckoo Callay, as it was the best brunch I've had in recent memory (seriously, those fondant pancakes - my review here), but the menu had changed, and there wasn't anything particularly calling out at me. I also almost returned to Devon Cafe (past review), where there were a few menu items that sounded potentially interesting, plus, they have a new location closer to my hotel.
Came on a quiet weekday, got seated quickly. Ordered the duck pasta for $36. It’s overall a decent plate of pasta however I can justify it for $36. Probs because of the truffle shavings.
We went on a week day and luckily there was no queues. I came back to have my favourite blini, really soft fluffy pancake with bacon, egg and hollandaise. We also tried 2 dishes from their special winter truffle menu- a mushroom bruschetta with scrambled egg and Peking duck angel hair pasta. Loved the bruschetta but didn’t really enjoy the flavour of the pasta and didn’t feel the truffle complimented it.
This is a really nice cafe for good food and coffee. I’ve visited previously and I recommend the ruby and rose french toast and the maple bacon blini dishes. There is usually a queue during peak times but it’s worth the wait!
On my more recent visit for the truffle specials, I had the roasted Peking duck angel hair pasta which was really good. I highly recommend getting the truffle icecream and chocolate cake dessert because it’s crunchy and soft and the flavour is great.
There's a bit of a wait, (30mins on a Sunday midday). But the current truffle menu is pretty decent sized serves and tasted pretty good. I'm not a particular fan of chicken breast but it was quite moist.
Great food, nice environment. We had cheeseburger and maple bacon blini, they are all very delicious! I would definitely recommend to a friend:)
My friends and I decided to finally try Three Williams after all the hype we’ve been getting from our colleagues. Luckily, they had truffle specials for the month so we had an elevated brunch to look forward to.
***
Location:
Three Williams is just along Elizabeth street in the Surry Hills/Redfern area. It’s quite easy to miss so keep your eyes peeled.
Service:
Despite the really long line, the host had a great disposition. Come in early if you plan to have Sunday brunch because it gets extremely packed. The staff was still very pleasant despite the busy morning.
Food:
I had the sourdough crumpet with truffle ricotta, honey, mandarin & fresh truffle shavings. The truffle ricotta & honey was too overpowering. My friend got the truffle omelette which was much better.
***
Three Williams was a little too expensive given the quality of the truffle ricotta dish I had ordered. I’m definitely keen on trying other dishes because I may just have chosen the wrong one.
Has been on my list for some time and when I saw the special truffle menu it was time. Very popular so make sure you are prepared to wait, however wasn't too long which was good.
Service was friendly and even though they were packed they didn't make you feel as if you had to eat and go which was refreshing. We had to try the special truffle menu. Both dishes were beautifully presented, the crispy chicken with Jerusalem artichoke was amazing. The mushroom and asparagus bruschetta equally so. The only thing was as per other reviews we couldn't really taste the truffle which was such a pity.
I wish I had a better photo, but OMG. Was in Sydney for the long weekend and this is by far a dish I could eat everyday for the rest of my life. Absolute perfection! The chicken with Jerusalem artichoke purée and Jerusalem artichoke chips, tarragon- heaven! Perfectly balanced flavors and simply a must try before you die dish. Fantastic coffee and service always! Thanks ladies!
Heard the truffle season is in town so girlfriend and I went to suss it out. Ordered the truffle pasta and the truffle ice cream. I preferred the pasta which was pretty in flavour and rich in having tender duck meat. Wasn’t a fan of the ice cream but to be honest, I rarely try anything that has truffle in it, so I’ll give you credit for being creative.
Their food is not only instagram worthy but most importantly it taste good. Their famous vegan bowl lived up to my expectation. Definitely worth the wait.
Three williams is a brunch place that honestly serves the best quality of food!! Its one of my favourite brunch places in Sydney! I went here to suss out the golden gaytime french toast, and although it didn’t taste like gaytime, it still satisfied my sweet cravings! My boyfriend ordered a burger and the sunny side up egg made it soo juicy and yummy! Honestly soo keen to come back to try their truffle menu! Definitely a must-try brunch spot!
UPDATE: came back to try their peking duck truffle pasta and truffle icecream with hazelnuts. The pasta portion was quite small for the hefty price of $36. The truffle icecream was yummy and tasty! I really enjoyed both dishes! Couldn’t taste the truffle in any of the dishes though.
First timer here, liked their Asian fusion breakfast menu, Prawn Toast. The prawns so flavourful, breads were crisp even it poured with soy sauce. If you keen of spicy things they given some chilli to be eaten with. Chai latte nice as well, it's densed and thick, not to creamy nor too full of spice. All is right. Waiter and waitress were friendly and bubbly.
Definitely go for the French toast, best if you share with a friend and the other can get a savory fix. Among the best French toast I’ve had, though it might be challenging to finish on one own
Very good brunch! My friend and I joyed perfect moment here! Waiters are all very friendly and helpful. We had prawn toast and another toast, they were all very tasty
This cafe is my top 10 fave brunch spot in Sydney. They are always busy, because they serve very delicious and good quality of food. Been here a couple time, their Gaytime Frenchtoast was popular, but you sure have to try their another superb food tol!
Outstanding breakfast! We ordered the blini and the French toast and both were so delicious. Service was attentive. Would definitely come back for seconds.
Suggest you either come early or with only 2. For any larger groups there’s a long wait outside.
They do a really good Chai latte here.
Vegan bowl with Portuguese chicken and egg was delicious.
The Bacon blini was outstanding - even though I think that thing had my entire days calories in one meal - it’s heat attack material but it’s awesome!
Service is very efficient and friendly.
Very impressed with the vibe of the cafe and the quality of the ingredients. Very popular among the locals.
I ordered truffle spaghetti which was delicious.
Food is so delicious and no your usual cafe fair. Worth the sometimes lengthy wait... coffee is delicious and even if you aren’t vegan (which I’m not) do yourself a favour and try the vegan bowl! So good!!
This cafe is great! the ambience is good, it’s a bit pricey but the quality of food is amazing. Instagrammable and customer service is good.
The golden gaytime french toast here is AMAZING! I heard from friends their meals were also equally good. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was alright although a bit noisy. The only letdown for me was the dirty chai but overall was a good experience
The restaurant was not easy to find and the sign was not so observable but I still have been there three times. Their delicacy was just impressive for me. They have a novel truffle menu too. I love the Peking duck pasta very much. Last time I tried their bacon blini and French toast, which tasted amazing as well.
Visited Three Williams for the first time - we had dishes from their 2022 Truffle menu as well as couple of items from their normal menu.
The interior is urban warehouse style and spacious, and it can get busy on the weekends.
Food is good overall but the service was a tad slow. We had to ask a couple of times to get water glass and cutlery.

Loved this cafe, the sophisticated warehouse feel is a total vibe! The menu has been perfectly crafted to cater for all. So many great options! I love the selection of drinks too. The lobster roll with caviar is definitely worth the hype :)
This urban warehouse cafe has been the most busiest cafe in Redfern.
They are known for changing their menues based on the season and bringing modern brunch dishes with asian influence.
My absolute favourite would be their delicious french toast with jelly, custard, coconut ice cream and Soo much more. Its a must try.
I really like this place, the interiors are so wonderful for a date, the food was lovely and not too heavy. Absolutely loving the lobster roll. It is a really cool urban warehouse cafe.
Waited for a loooooong time before being seated and then a loooooong time before food came out. But they were short staffed and packed to the max so it was understandable. Wait staff and kitchen staff was super courteous, friendly and did an amazing job considering how busy they were. We tried some of the truffle menu items. Personally I did not enjoy the beef cheek pasta at all. I found the “meat” taste unbearable which can then be argued as “it’s a meat dish” therefore I shouldn’t have ordered it which is fair. My husband did enjoy it. I liked the fried chicken waffles (non truffle dish), my husband did not. Comes down to different food palate preference I think. Clay pot duck was delicious and we all enjoyed it. The pear and ice cream truffle dessert was exquisite. Truffle chips was amazing. Chocolate chai was yummy.
A good brunch place in Redfern that has been around for quite a while. We've been a regular here and the food and coffee is always consistently awesome. Their narnie sandwich is always the crowd's favourite. They always change the narnie flavour every now and then. We tried the soft shell crab and it was damn good. Their omelette with italian sausage is great too. And you can order a side of super crispy beer battered chips if you feel super hungry.
Brunch time was elevated on another level with all the yummy choices we had ordered. The lobster roll was the bestest I've ever had🦞 and their pina colada french toast was like eating an island vacation🍍 their mushrooms on toast with an oriental fusion twist was absolutely scrumptious🍄 if you're in the area and love a good ambience to go with your yummy brunch, this place is a must!
It's almost 2 months into truffle season and finally, I've had my first truffle feed! This was my first time here and I loved the venue from the moment I stepped inside. It's a pretty big cafe but it felt warm and cozy at the same time. I could easily spend hours here writing and editing, while enjoying several cups of coffee.
We started off with the Truffle & Mushroom Croque Monsieur. Sauteed mushrooms, braised cima di rapa, melted Tasmanian-smoked King Island cheddar are sandwiched between dark sourdough bread then grilled. It's then topped off with a fried egg, served alongside truffle mustard and pickles and finished off with shaved truffle. Loved the flavour and the addition of the pickles to break up that richness from the cheese and mushroom.
The Crispy Truffle & Parmesan Chips were so good to have on the table! We just kept going at them throughout the meal. Yes, they were crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. FYI, I dipped them into their truffle sauce and phwoar. That sauce contains real truffle (hence the name) and they do sell it! It was love at first taste so I bought one for home.
The Clay Pot BBQ Duck Rice was the winning dish. Presentation and flavour was just beautiful. This was filled with rice, Chinese sausage, gai-lan greens, roasted duck meat, spring onions, sticky shitake & straw mushrooms, sesame egg yolk and of course, topped off with shaved truffle. The duck was cooked beautifully and every mouthful was divine. The truffle sauce just took it up a notch!
Not only was the food delicious, but the staff were so lovely and accommodating.
