Delicious late breakfast on Sunday- I had the buckwheat pancake with bacon & poached eggs - can recommend this dish! They were very busy but service was quick- always a good sign if a place is busy

The blueberry crumpet was perhaps the most memorably delicious breakfast dish I’ve ever had. Add to that top-notch coffee, and this place is unmissable. Could do with slightly more lighting in places though.

Three Williams is an ideal place to brunch, easy parking and friendly staff! There was quite a variety on the menu - I opted for the maple pork, truffle fries and bacon and egg with fried chicken.

The maple pork sausage had a delicious sweet flavour which paired well with the tartness of the green apple and jus. The only component I did not enjoy was the crumbed lambs fry as it was quite pungent but this is a completely personal preference!! Everything else on the dish was tasty.

The bacon and egg burger with fried chicken was amazing!! The burger did not fall apart and was quite easy to eat, it is definitely quite heavy for a brekky burger but why not, the flavours were on point as it was not too complicated and easy to eat.

I found the truffle fries to be quite expensive as it was over $20 but the portion of truffle and fries we received was large. No complaints with the flavour itself but just a tad expensive especially if it was only for 2 people and we struggled to finish it. A smaller portion for maybe $12-15 would be more ideal personally.

Three Williams has always been a go-to and safe place to have brunch, I do enjoy coming back and the service is always outstanding! Definitely a 8/10 for both food and service/atmosphere.

We went here just based on the reviews and it was worth every bite. It does get really crowded during the afternoons.
The truffle plate is yummy and makes you craving for more.
Definitely worth going more than once.

We only ever give Three Williams a visit during truffle season because they do an amazing brunch menu for it! The angel hair truffle, duck pasta is my favourite. The rich, creamy sauce, covered in bits of roasted duck and truffle shavings makes me wish I could eat several plates. They also do other great dishes like a good eggs benny, their way.

Coffee was great and the food came out very fast. The angel pasta however, lacks truffle flavour and the food is very pricey.

We went on a weekend and luckily there’s no line. The staff there are very nice and professional. I ordered the special of that weekend - I think it was mushroom scrambled eggs and bacon on a croissant with rocket salad. My boyfriend ordered the cheese burger. They were both beautiful. The coffee is good too. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Based on what I had seen of the menu, I hadn’t expected to like Three Williams nearly as much as I did. Although the food may not be quite as inventive as some other newer establishments around town, it nevertheless had enough flair to keep it interesting, and the execution was faultless. Supplemented by service that was friendly from beginning to end, Three Williams proves that just because a restaurant has been around for a while, it doesn’t mean it can’t still keep up with the best of them.

The mango French toast was absolutely delicious. The mango flavour was mixed in so seamlessly with the French toast. Nice and soft in the inside while the outside had a good crunch on the crusted sides topped with mango cubes and ice cream. Highly recommend this dish.

The rainbow goddess salad was refreshing topped with king salmon sashimi. It had a good mix of purple cabbage, Zucchini, cherry tomatoes, grilled broccoli and flavoured with soy & yuzu dressing. Healthy digest ☺️

Overall, the staff were friendly and the interior is nice and simple however the lighting was quite dark for a cafe. Would definitely visit here again for the food though.

The great: The duck narnie is one of the most interesting brunch dishes I’ve had. It’s essentially a pita with hoisin duck. The combo of tender roast duck pieces and cabbage slaw really worked. Portions were also quite generous. Coffee was representative of Sydney’s high standards

The good: my partner ordered the Joe which was essentially a breakfast burger. He said the classic combo of bacon and burger worked well. Good price point of $15 too.

The not so good: The only shortfall was the service. We watched the staff chitchat with their friends and not serve us for a good five minutes. When we were finally seated, the host kind of rushed us to our table and never speaks to customers politely. Midway through, we tried to order from a waitress who was free. The host told the waitress off for speaking to us and insisted that she took our order instead. This made us quite uncomfortable. We also found the ambience a bit darker than usual as it was designed to be a bunker cafe with only 1 source of light. Still, enjoyable food means we would come back!

Visited Three Williams for the first time - we had dishes from their 2022 Truffle menu as well as couple of items from their normal menu. The interior is urban warehouse style and spacious, and it can get busy on the weekends. Food is good overall but the service was a tad slow. We had to ask a couple of times to get water glass and cutlery.

Loved this cafe, the sophisticated warehouse feel is a total vibe! The menu has been perfectly crafted to cater for all. So many great options! I love the selection of drinks too. The lobster roll with caviar is definitely worth the hype :)

This urban warehouse cafe has been the most busiest cafe in Redfern. They are known for changing their menues based on the season and bringing modern brunch dishes with asian influence. My absolute favourite would be their delicious french toast with jelly, custard, coconut ice cream and Soo much more. Its a must try.

Waited for a loooooong time before being seated and then a loooooong time before food came out. But they were short staffed and packed to the max so it was understandable. Wait staff and kitchen staff was super courteous, friendly and did an amazing job considering how busy they were. We tried some of the truffle menu items. Personally I did not enjoy the beef cheek pasta at all. I found the “meat” taste unbearable which can then be argued as “it’s a meat dish” therefore I shouldn’t have ordered it which is fair. My husband did enjoy it. I liked the fried chicken waffles (non truffle dish), my husband did not. Comes down to different food palate preference I think. Clay pot duck was delicious and we all enjoyed it. The pear and ice cream truffle dessert was exquisite. Truffle chips was amazing. Chocolate chai was yummy.

A good brunch place in Redfern that has been around for quite a while. We've been a regular here and the food and coffee is always consistently awesome. Their narnie sandwich is always the crowd's favourite. They always change the narnie flavour every now and then. We tried the soft shell crab and it was damn good. Their omelette with italian sausage is great too. And you can order a side of super crispy beer battered chips if you feel super hungry.

Brunch time was elevated on another level with all the yummy choices we had ordered. The lobster roll was the bestest I've ever had🦞 and their pina colada french toast was like eating an island vacation🍍 their mushrooms on toast with an oriental fusion twist was absolutely scrumptious🍄 if you're in the area and love a good ambience to go with your yummy brunch, this place is a must!

It's almost 2 months into truffle season and finally, I've had my first truffle feed! This was my first time here and I loved the venue from the moment I stepped inside. It's a pretty big cafe but it felt warm and cozy at the same time. I could easily spend hours here writing and editing, while enjoying several cups of coffee. We started off with the Truffle & Mushroom Croque Monsieur. Sauteed mushrooms, braised cima di rapa, melted Tasmanian-smoked King Island cheddar are sandwiched between dark sourdough bread then grilled. It's then topped off with a fried egg, served alongside truffle mustard and pickles and finished off with shaved truffle. Loved the flavour and the addition of the pickles to break up that richness from the cheese and mushroom. The Crispy Truffle & Parmesan Chips were so good to have on the table! We just kept going at them throughout the meal. Yes, they were crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. FYI, I dipped them into their truffle sauce and phwoar. That sauce contains real truffle (hence the name) and they do sell it! It was love at first taste so I bought one for home. The Clay Pot BBQ Duck Rice was the winning dish. Presentation and flavour was just beautiful. This was filled with rice, Chinese sausage, gai-lan greens, roasted duck meat, spring onions, sticky shitake & straw mushrooms, sesame egg yolk and of course, topped off with shaved truffle. The duck was cooked beautifully and every mouthful was divine. The truffle sauce just took it up a notch! Not only was the food delicious, but the staff were so lovely and accommodating.
