We got curious of the long queue when we pass by so we tried the best seller cheesecake, it was heavenly soft and flavoursome ���

I love spongy cheese cake. I've eaten these in HK, Japan and Australia. Hands down the Aussie version is cheesier, fluffier and lighter than all. A hint of Scones ... beautiful!!!! It's even better than those I ate in Japan. Must be a different cheese. Please bring Baumkuchen to Australia... I really am addicted to that cake in Japan. Please please please!!!!!!

Lovely Cheesecakes and tarts!

I think the OG of tarts is a classic that can't be beat. Perfect texture and it'll still taste good after a few days in the fridge! ⁣

Let's not forget the classic Jiggly Cotton Cheesecake and Japanese Pudding 😋.

The desserts here are very good. I have eaten many desserts in Sydney. The taste of this family is not so greasy.It would be nice to bring the children along.

Freshly baked in store, open till 10pm which really helps with after dinner cravings. My fav in Australia

Got the original cheesecake and was extremely surprised how light and fluffy the cheesecake was. The Japanese cheesecake definitely has a different texture to others I've had in the past and I think I much prefer this one. Super soft and fluffy! The cheese taste is also very very mild and also part of the reason I enjoy it more than others.

The original cheese tart is delicious! Best to consume on the day of purchase any day after won’t be the same. The cheese cake does have a bit of a different texture. Can’t beat the cheese tart tho.

You cannot go wrong with anything from uncle Tetsu’s.
Their earl grey flavours of cheese cake and Madeline are so worth a try.
The only thing I haven’t enjoyed so far is their little pudding cups.

Always love to try new product from uncle tetsu. This year, they launching new product - onigiri crepes. There’s 8 flavours to pick but I try their best seller which is original one. And matcha (filled with matcha cream and red bean).
Their matcha is okay but massive love with the original one. Not a fond of cheese but this one is so fluffy and cheeseeeey :) (9/10)
Would be back next time to try other flavour..

The cheese tarts are my favourite. I love the crust of it and the cheese flavour is so sweet and delicious. Whether I eat it cold or hot, it still taste as good. It is a must have whenever I go to the city, the famous cake is always great :)

The most fluffy Japanese Cheesecake I've tried in Sydney and the cheese tarts are divine!! Don't be scared by the lines on Sunday, they are very fast serving (its just a take away place)

What can I say... such a delicious dessert. Not too sweet and the pastry is absolutely delicious and melts in your mouth. The filling is exactly what I want in a cheesecake- creamy, aromatic and yum. I bought a box of 6 for $20 which is so worth it.
