We were here for a work lunch (and it's my first time at Double Bay!). I ordered the beef tenderloin salad medium rare, the beef was cooked perfectly, but can be seasoned a little bit more. Regardless, the salad was full of textures and flavours, dressing was on point and I was satisfied.
The special (ocean) of the day - octopus + chorizo with salads and crusty bread, looked really good; apparently they used good chorizo and was overall a tasty dish.
I was told the Reuben is one of the all-time favourites - will definitely try next time I am in the area.
Staff was friendly and service was prompt, recommend!
What I love most about this place is that it’s dog friendly and the service is great. However the food is not as good as the service. I ordered the salmon cake which tasted great but the portion was so small and the salmon was mixed in with the cake so there was hardly any salmon... for $24 I expected more.
Awesome! Was told to head here for breakfast from a close friend and boy did it not disappoint. Great service, trendy atmosphere & amazing food - what more could you want?

This place has a wonderful outside eating area in beautiful Double Bay. Coffee is great and menu is excellent. The corn fritters were excellent the dish is so generous I could not eat it all. Fantastic bacon and delightful condiments and sauces to go with the fritters. The Salmon Benedict was also impressive. Great staff and I can see why there is always lots of people at Indigo. The lunch menu also looks fantastic.
Stopped here for brunch. They were very busy but were able to get us a table without any hassles. I had the green breakie bowl and my partner had the spanish open omelette. They were both very tasty and filling.
I love that you can sit outside, soak up the sun and people watch when you eat at Indigo. It’s the perfect spot to hang out on a Saturday or Sunday if you are in the Double Bay area. The menu is extensive, catering for those who want comfort food and cheat day meals and for those who are health conscious and want, for example, a superfood salad or almond crusted salmon (pictured). #indigo #doublebay
The place to be in a sunny day !
They have their open area in the middle part of the little avenue in front of the restaurant and I found it quite cool.
The service here is outstanding! Our waitress was really patient and helpful when we were not sure about the options.
In the end we went for full on sweet menu !
French toast , granola and a little cake in a cup.
The French toast is super fun and it’s like having a kids party 🎉 in your mouth. So much candy, ice cream and the bun is delicious !!
For the granola , the fun part is the berries pour that will make the flavour pop !
The cake in a cup was less exciting but nevertheless very tasty.

Lots of food choices to pick from and I especially love the eggs benedict, banana maple pancakes & french toast.
Food comes around 15 mins.

One of the best breakfast cafes in sydney. Massive menu - all of which is top shelf. Don’t be scare of the lines for tables. The service is great and food comes out rather quick for always being busy. Can recommend the pancakes, omelettes, eggs Benedict - can recommend it all :)

Ok atmosphere, nice service. Ordered french toast, good presentation but I wish it tasted as good as it looks. With the dried lime and lemon curd on the french toast, they made the whole dish too sour.
Great food and an interesting menu. Super busy on the weekends, but, the food is delicious. Had the avo mash with poached eggs, yummy!

I have been told by a lot of my Sydney friends about Indigo so I am glad that I was able to come!
The outdoor restaurant setting was a real highlight for me, especially as we got to enjoy the fantastic weather that Sydney has to offer!
We ordered the King Prawn Bruschetta and Breakfast Bruschetta and were certainly not let down! Although a little pricey and probably could have done with an extra slice of toast, the mix of flavours were great and the portion size was pretty good!
I certainly would recommend Indigo, but I am guessing if you’re from Sydney you’ve probably already been!
Nice Cafe. Great food options. Really tasty and great range. Good coffee. Indoor and outdoor dining options.
