Came here for a quick dinner and was happily full walking away.
My partner and I shared a few meals and we both enjoyed it all.
The crab claw was meaty and fresh and delicious! We also shared the bbq duck and pork noodles. The amount of meat very generous and it wasn’t stodgy like you can find at other Chinese restaurants.

One of the best Chinese restaurants we’ve visited. We had the Satay Chicken and Rainbow Beef. Both were delicious! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely dine here again.
I had the prawn har gow and seafood noodles. Both dishes were very tasty. Service was good but for a quiet night it was a bit slow. Overall very good.
Old school yum-cha palace, these days distinguished only by their relatively pleasant & helpful wait staff - although this is a precious thing indeed on Dixon Street.
Otherwise they have a yum-cha menu with only limited variety & of slightly-better-than-average-OK quality. Maybe for those reasons it never seems to get that crowded at lunchtimes. The competition is tough around here, so you can always get a seat upstairs & enjoy the retreat from the street-level crowds for a while, if you don't mind the 70's muzak soundtracks.
I come here quite a lot for yum cha takeaways, I'm too impatient these days to sit & wait at Yum Cha for the one dish I want to maybe come around. 9 Dragons fried beancurd-skin vegetarian rolls (not to be mistaken for the spring rolls) are full of mushrooms & waterchestnuts, and at $6.50 for a serving of 3, are one of my absolute favorite vegetarian snacks anywhere.
Food was amazing! Servixe was excellent! Food came out fast and was exceptional. Very clean restaurant, wouldnt eat anywhere else. Highly recommended!!!
Very happy with meal, service and price. I had the duck for my main and it was very tasty.

Lovely restaurant - solid choice in Chinatown, not run down interior like many others. Ordered double happiness banquet (only one available for only 2 ppl) all dishes tasty and hot and generous amount of food for 2. Would love for other banquet options to be available for 2 also (most min 4 ppl)
Food was amazing as usual but at a table of 4 1 persons meal was not brought out in the hour or so we were there, even after enquiring about it 3 times. This is why I did not rate them 5 stars
They have a robot serving the Yum Cha! Legit Yum Cha in the heart of Chinatown. The mango pancakes were especially yummy
Came here last night for a team dinner of 14 people and the food was excellent! They were busy, but food was still reasonably timely. Service was helpful and friendly. The bill came to around $60 per head for 3 courses and drinks! Thanks Nine Dragons, you’re the reliable choice in Chinatown. 😊
Absolutely amazing!! We ended up here late last Tuesday for dinner and were very, very happy with the high quality food and friendly service. We had the szechuan beef, pork buns and some dumplings plus the mango pancakes, everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. I’ve long hunted for a Chinese restaurant that leaves you feeling good and not full of grease and regret glad to have finally found it. We will definitely be back!!
Wonderful service...even better food! We turned up 15 minutes before the end of lunch and they continued to serve us yum cha menu. Closed at their usual time but allowed us to stay as long as we wanted. Food was amazing, so fresh and full of flavour, and the restaurant itself was beautiful. Could not recommend enough.
