Lankan Filling Station - Sydney - Photo album

I’ve heard so much about this place and was so keen to try it. Although the service and atmosphere/interiors of the establishment was awesome. I felt the food was a bit of a let-down we had the cashew nut and chicken curry. The flavours were a bit mellow and the kick I was expecting never really cam
First time here the other night and was pretty impressed. Food was delicious, super tasty. Service was also attentive and efficient. We booked for a Saturday night and we did have to have the $70 banquet but that seemed like good value considering the food you received and you don't have to think ab
A bit disappointed. While the flavours were bursting (loved the combination of spices used!), the portions were quite small and very expensive. Loved the sambol plate since you get a bit of everything. The waitresses were both very nice and friendly but the waiters were condenscending
Lankan Filling Station is as close to an authentic experience of South Indian/ Srilankan food that you can get in Sydney. They don't hold back on the spice, and their hoppers are to die for! Must visit for people who are looking to expand their gastronomy. I know I'll be back soon.
