One of the best ramen I ever had. Recommended by a Japanese friend who approved it.
The order took long but thats ok, the place was packed and I guess the kitchen is not big enough to handle a heavy rush.
The food court its a bit small so get ready due you could not get a table where to sit.
The customer service was divine, that lady makes the experience even better, high class.
The broth is a bit thick so make sure you let them know in case you want it more runny, besides the fact that even the regular size is huuuuge and makes you full in seconds, you better be extremely hungry.
I finished it all and then went to the counter to say thank you and get a beautiful green tea ice cream, simply perfect.
I heard the ramen was really good, so I come to try. Located inside the busy food court I imagine it must be fully packed on the weekend.
I come at weekday around 7pm, waited for around 10 mins in line and 20 mins for the food . The shops looks really busy as there are only 3 staffs.
The ramen is good, it just not for me. I ordered mega ramen and share it with my sister. The mega ramen include almost everything on the menu, the chasu, bbq pork and the ribs. I ordered regular and we struggle to finish it anyway.
The bbq pork was the best, really tender and juicy. The broth is really thick, oily and has really meaty flavour, which I found out not to my taste. The noodle is not bad as well.
Overall, the food was okay and really good location too, it just not my taste.
After I eat the ramen I think I don't want to eat meat for a while 😅
Definitely worth stopping by this Japanese ramen vendor for their specialty thick, hearty and collagen-rich broth ramen that is oh-so-satisfying. With a base of the soup, there's noodles and different ingredient and flavour combinations and customisations available to your desired taste and hunger level. There's also free condiments/garnishes to add extra taste.
The restaurant is unpretentious and part of a food court (focusing on the food rather than the venue), and service is good from the Japanese staff. It's also cash only.
