One of the best ramen I ever had. Recommended by a Japanese friend who approved it. The order took long but thats ok, the place was packed and I guess the kitchen is not big enough to handle a heavy rush. The food court its a bit small so get ready due you could not get a table where to sit. The
I heard the ramen was really good, so I come to try. Located inside the busy food court I imagine it must be fully packed on the weekend. I come at weekday around 7pm, waited for around 10 mins in line and 20 mins for the food . The shops looks really busy as there are only 3 staffs. The ramen is go
Definitely worth stopping by this Japanese ramen vendor for their specialty thick, hearty and collagen-rich broth ramen that is oh-so-satisfying. With a base of the soup, there's noodles and different ingredient and flavour combinations and customisations available to your desired taste and hunger
I would say good! But not the best tbh. But it totally personal preference, think stock with generous portions, reasonable price, Noodle : 10/10 Soup: 7/10 Ingredients: 9/10 Price :8/10
Another great ramen place, this ramen joint has been operating awhile and they got it down pat. There but learning process when ordering example thick or light broth, you go up to order and your numbers get called out when your ramen is ready. What a bowl of ramen they served, it so flavourful and y
The only reason we gave is 4 stars is because the flavour is not for us, but there's nothing wrong with the ramen per se. The broth is thick so this is something new to us. I recommend bringing water if you're used to Thin and light broth to help a bit. The char shu is soft, juicy and perfect size.
1. The thickest Tonkotsu soup I’ve ever had in Australia which is super rich 2. A bit salty soup to me, but you can choose the thickness and saltiness of soup 3. Proper amount of noodle and ingredients (Regular size) 4. I can put spring onion and chives by myself so it makes soup richer 5. Cash only
Wonderful piece of art in your mouth! The soup is the thickest out of all ramens Ive tried. Probably one of the best ramen joints in Australia. Rare find in Sydney!
