I have not eaten here but tonight we ordered some home delivery pizzas and they were fantastic! The thin base with just the perfect amount of topping: fresh tasting ingredients make this excellent pizza! Try the mushroom and truffle pizza - just amazing! If you like think over the top pizza that tastes like cardboard but has dozens of toppings - this place is not for you! But if you like your pizza that reflect what pizza from Italy is meant to taste like, then Salt Meats Cheese is awesome!!!!!!!
We love it here. Each and everytime we visit the food is on point.
Our absolute favourites are the fried calamari and blue swimmer crab tagliolini.
The pizzas here are also fantastic. We pick a different pizza each time. And they are all very well balanced with flavour.
They have a few stores across Sydney, each store has a slightly different menu.
This store at Broadway is good as you can get free parking inside Broadway shopping centre. The store is right across the road from the shopping centre.
Calzone was delicious, with 4 cheeses and spinach. Usually 4 cheeses pizza has blue cheese that I don’t like, but this calzone doesn’t have it so it’s an extra point. There’s not much choice of pizzas through.
Service was good as well.
In the past I’ve been few times at Salt Meats Cheese in Drummoyne and I never had a good experience, I think it’s better here.
Good place for a lunch despite being down the road from Broadway shopping centre was pretty empty when we arrived.
Serves a nice range of different pizzas and pasta dishes, no issues with the service or meal quality. Everything was good and came out reasonably fast.

You would not expect this place to be Vegan, however they have an amazing all you can eat pizza and pasta Vegan menu at $20 pp with any drink purchase. They had some amazing pizzas using Vegan Cheese! There are plenty of plenty of pizzas available. We enjoyed the eggplant pizza, the Patatufo with ‘not-Zarella’, roasted potato, rosemary, truffle, garlic as well as the Zucca - pumpkin purée, crispy capers, and walnuts.
They also have pastas on the menu such as the Rigatoni All’Arrabita, Linguine Al Funghi - vegan cream, mushroom and roasted hazlenuts, Rigatoni Alla Norma - not-Zarella, eggplant, napolitana as well as Seasonal Linguine - napolitana, broccolini, cherry tomatoes, basil, pangrattato. We didn’t have pasta on this visit but it’s good to know it’s available.
Great service, fast fresh food & that truffle pecorino pasta on Thursdays is a must.
A lovely little cosy place to load up on some carbs especially for those nice chilly nights or any time you just need a carb intake.

We had an amazing time at this restaurant. The food was amazing, staff very friendly & priced reasonably. Decor on the inside is well thought out. I like the fact that the food, whilst staying true to its heritage, has a modern take on it.
So we had calamari( not my favourite) meatballs were to die for. Pizza was nice,dough light and toppings fresh. Pappardelle with lamb ragu really tasty, lamb very tender.staff friendly and comfortable ambiance. Thank you, we will be back
