The food was so good (selection of meats, kimchi soup, steamed egg). Best kbqq I've had in Sydney, part of that comes from the quick and attentive service. They also helped us grill our meats!
Tried this place for the first time and absolutely loved it. The staff were consistently attentive - we never needed to press the bell for attention as our side dishes and salad plate were always refilled the moment they had run out. The staff were also very friendly and cheerful, and cooked our meats for us too (a pleasant surprise!).
We ordered 4 plates of meat (pork belly, marinated pork ribs, Wagyu finger ribs, and marinated beef ribs) and a kimchi stew for 3 people. This is usually just enough food to be content at other kbbq places that I've tried, however, we were left very full and happy at the end of our meal as the meat portions were larger than expected. They were of good quality and delicious, and so was the stew.
Although the current menu is updated and slightly more pricey than the one shown on Zomato, the meal was still definitely worth paying for as the food was great and the service was exceptional. Will definitely visit again.
Good service and good food. The staff are very attentive and the food is delicious. We ordered Platter B and all the meat tasted amazing, especially the wagyu and chicken! The spicy octopus stir fry was nice and spicy, but the octopus was too chewy. The fried chicken was well seasoned and super crunchy.
Some sides are different to the usual ones given at other BBQ places but I loved them all.
Best place when you hungry after midnight! It opens till around 4am.you normally go there with friends after a whole night’s drinking and dancing. Price is reasonable and food quality is a lil bit above average.
Great place to have Korean food, they have fast service and the food is always comforting, love the people who work there , they are fast and attentive to your needs; haven’t been there for a while, but the dishes that we always order always satisfy my tummy
Went There at 4am after a night out! We were welcome in by friendly staff, food was tasty and generous serves, quick service and good quality for the price!
Korean BBQ in the city, delicious meat such as kalbi (Korean short ribs), pork belly and beef steak (Wagyu) with their own special sauce.
(To be continued)
This place had been around forever, and the space itself is starting to get a bit dated. The food though is still pretty good. I prefer their BBQ over the pre-cooked dishes. The fried chicken was crispy, but needs a bit of sauce. The pancake was a bit bland after a few bites. The BBQ meat were all great, particularly love the ox tongue, but all of the varieties in the pork combo (pork neck, belly, marinaded & spicy) were great. The spicy had a real kick to it. Service was alright, not much communication, the guys just came over & take charge or take over the barbecuing from us without saying anything. Overall a solid BBQ place.
This place has seating upstairs and downstairs. Came here for BBQ and the lady cooked it for us, even though we expected to do it ourselves. The service is alright, but it's hard to hail down staff here too because there's not many on the floor. Enjoyed the food and pretty decent pricing.
3.75/5
We decided to have Korean hot pot for dinner, so we came here. As our friend couldn't take spicy food, we were limited to a few choices. We ended up choosing the mushroom and beef pot and a seafood pancake.
The side dishes was average but the hot pot was very delicious. The soup was sweet and they give you quite a lot of beef. We were so full! The seafood pancake was a bit too thick, I prefer the thin crunchy ones we get elsewhere. Since we were super full from the hot pot, we took half of the pancake home.
Average price and service, this place offers a bit of everything. It also opens until 4am, so i'm sure there'll be plenty of opportunities to come again.
