Located in Chinatown amongst a number of Thai joints. Satang Thai stands out for it's authenticity and value for money. I have been here a number of times and this place never let's me down. The curries are a delight and the spicy fried rice is one of my favorite dish.
Also, they have a huge menu which is available in all meats. The seafood is also delicious and worth a try for seafood lovers. Pocket friendly place for quality eat!

Has to be the best sit-down lunchtime deal in Sydney - freshly cooked, tasty stir fries served in under 10 minutes. Great staff - courteous, efficient. They also do take away (food, not staff).

Amazing food and very cheap!! The chilli Jam with beef is my favourite! This is my go to Thai restaurant in Sydney considering that everything else is so expensive here

Affordable meal in the nice place, tastes good as well. They have great noodles menu that must try, or if you want to have the lunch special, it's very cheap and "very thai" taste.

Really loved the food options at this place! We ordered the minced basil chilli chicken with rice and the garlic pepper beef, both were delicious! It's reasonably priced too for being right on george st. We were fed for $35! That's cheap in the city. I really liked the service as well, they were attentive and smiley. I love kind staff, they make me want to eat more. Definitely go check this place out.

How can they make food that cheap with a reasonable flavour!

Reminder: all day special for $8.9! Tom yum fried rice is my fav here. Huge portion but A bit oily

The staff are friendly. Kinda crowded if you wanna dine in.
