Excellent service from very friendly staff, best bacon and egg roll for miles around and very good coffee, Clean tidy and efficient I have no problems recommending this place, keep up to the good work guys
Update:
Egg Bennie! It’s filling and the sauce is affluent! Salmon is a lot! The only drawback might be there was no spinach which I was expecting. Also! The muffin is a little bit dry and tough.
Love their coffee! Rich in flavour and extra smooth texture! Highly recommend! Better than other coffee ☕️ on the way from Redfern station to USYD
Haven’t tried their breakfast or lunch menu, but I was quite attracted by their 7.5 burger 🍔 and Benny.
Pride of Redfern is a little gem adjacent to Redfern station and it never disappoints! Their açai bowl was a cool reprieve from the summer heat and the fruit were juicy and fresh. We also ordered a bowl of chips on the side and it’s great that they make it fresh for us every time!
The coffee here is great and is really well priced. The service is always really good, I haven't tried the food yet but will definitely give it a go sometime
I come here quite regularly for breakfast and coffee, and I love it! Staff are friendly, food is reasonably priced and delicious, and the coffee is great!
One of the better Cafes I've been to in terms of lovely service, affordability, taste & coffee!
This is a great spot to catch up over breakfast, before Uni starts. We found it extremely affordable & student-budget friendly (coffee+ huge serving of muesli was only $9.5!!).
The waiter was so lovely, and she gave us a small slice of the brownie on the house with our coffees! 😍
The coffee was lovely too; they use Campos coffee from my understanding which was quite aromatic and smooth.
Love this place and would stop by to try more of their menu next time!
One of the best local Cafes you will find- perfect campos coffee by the nicest men and wait staff. They are always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers taste buds! The food servings are generous and they never mind altering to diet requirements. Very relaxed and welcoming environment. ❤️
Such a lovely cafe with very friendly staff. Very fast service and delicious coffee that is consistent and cheap. Highly recommended! Right near redfern station
***GREAT COFFEE***
I’ve been coming to Chapter 5 since it’s inception and now with owner Eric and head barrister Danny they have taken it to a whole new level. Eric is a great host and Danny will make your coffee to perfection.
If you poke your head just passed the fridge you’ll see there’s a cute little seating section where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee and watch the inner workings or if you prefer you can sit outside on the footpath and have a good old people watch.
They also have great food and if you’re in a hurry Danny and Eric will endeavour to get you out the door as quickly as possible so you can catch that approaching the train.
I haven’t mentioned the coffee as yet because as they say you save the best till last! The coffee is nice and strong and you always receive a double shot as standard very rare these days.
The coffee is really delicious and they have sourced out their own special blend that will make you come back for more.
So if you want delicious coffee coupled with fantastic and efficient service take a walk down Little Eveleigh Street and discover this not so hidden gem.
One of my favourite coffee shop in Redfern. Friendly staff! Is a must Coffee stop when I m in the area.
Love this hole in the wall. They are sweet, make lovely coffee (small almond latte), have the best gf banana bread I've had (including the best gf bakeries round sydney). If your after a takeaway coffee near Redfern station, I think they're the best in the area.
The best breakfast choice nearby! Always prefer their banana bread, husband loves to walk here whenever he can as well. Small store but good vibe. Also, better orange juice than the famous xxx lee nearby(taste better, and fresh - and in proper big cup). Great service!
Fast and efficient service. Located across the road from the Redfern train station. Friendly service. Good food and coffee. Limited parking out the front. Bicycle parking rack nearby. If you find yourself waiting at the train station, and you want to grab a coffee, access to this cafe is via the far western exit at the train station - you don’t need to tap on or off with your Opal Cads to visit the cafe. There’s some seating outside the cafe.
I’ve been walking past this place for the last few years and decided this morning to finally try it out. Super friendly service and awesome promo at the moment. Coffee is superb and it’s nice to sit and watch the coming and goings of Redfern station.
Super laid back vibe. Excellent coffee. The bagels are amazing. Not had anything as fresh since I lived next to a bakery in Waverley. Top place for my weary bones!
