Simple and casual. Ordered a beef bulgogi rice from their lunch specials and it was devine. It had the authentic korean bulgogi taste which I had been craving all morning.
Although the dish had cabbage topping, I would suggest a a bit more of a side of kimchi/salad to balance out the meal. Service was well and there is a nice upstairs balcony seating with street views-a bonus!
Tried their $10 lunch deal. It was chicken curry and rice. The amount was generous and it tasted really good. I also loved the ambience of the place - comfortable, cozy, clean and books. Definitely worth a visit.
Very decent food at reasonable prices. Great spot for lunch as they do have lunch specials, though I would highly recommend their Chicken Schnitzel with Murshroom sauce!
Great location with a balcony overlooking the street, really pleasant for breakfast. Recommend the Eggs Benedict with Salmon. Great service and food. Will come again.

It's a quite comfortable and relaxing place with good quality of food, coffee and drinks etc. All the staffs are quite friendly.

The barista seems to be doing a decent job with The Little Marionette coffee here. Latte ($3.30) was liked by the Mrs. The Babyccino ($1) served as mostly milk is a little scary in the hands of Miss 2 year old in case of spillage. My Cappuccino is quite nice with Ham & Cheese Croissant ($7.50). I wasn't expecting there to be any tomato as it wasn't mentioned on the menu and Miss 2 year old isn't keen on tomato at the moment. Would have loved the croissant to have a bit more of the crispy finish from the toasting. Service was friendly and there's plenty of seating upstairs.
Just Amazing! Coffee and breakfast to die for! don't look anywhere else for a Sunday Brunch or a work lunch! Kent (the owner) will always look after you like friends without invading your space and the staff is always very friendly!
After a couple weeks of trying to find it's place in the local cafe scene, Philosophy is definitely hitting the mark. Great price ($3.30) for a standard coffee, and for the best coffee on the street, that's not bad. Back here frequently for lunch and the delicious burger options.
What a great little cafe/bar tucked away in Stanley Street, Darlinghurst. Their breakfast and lunch menu looks tasty. They have plenty of burger, wraps, salad and pasta options. I went the Tokyo burger - delicious wagyu beef pattie, with fresh lettuce and tomato and a slight wasabi aioli - very nice. They have seating both upstairs and downstairs and are a licensed bar as well! The prices for food is reasonable - however their takeaway coffee is too good to beat! Quick, strong and excellently priced at less than $4. Come in to grab some food or just grab a coffee on the run - worth it.
Really enjoy the breakfast and coffee here. Staff are extremely friendly. Have not looked at or tried the dinner menu but am very keen to give it a go!
