A small cafe tucked in a corner, Fable offers more than meets the eye. From delicious, fresh brewed coffee to fulfilling lunch meals, Fable has everything in between. My favourite was probably the Zucchini & Corn Rosti. What a treat for the eyes and a treat for the tastebuds! The tuna burger was just as good. The bun was the perfect amount of âcrispyâ and the tuna itself just melted in your mouth with every bite. The coffee is a must try if you havenât already. I went for their special salted caramel iced latte and it was super refreshing to have on a hot, dry, Australian summers day. Come here and you will not be disappointed. Thatâs a fact.
Service was friendly and the food was not only beautifully plated but taste so good. The seared trout burger was absolutely delicious with a crispy bun and the perfect kick of spice form the wasabi mayo. The smoked trout rosti was also delicious. Each element paired perfectly even though the rosti itself was a little blan. Good coffee served here!
Gorgeous little spot in Darlinghurst. All the products are extremely fresh. The dishes are delicious and colourful. Their coffee is amazing and you canât miss their pancakes! This has become of one my favorite neighbourhood spot đ

I have worked in Darlinghurst for the past three years, and recently my friend took me to Fable for breakfast and lunch and I had an amazing lunch there, great fusion style, and the food quality is super consistent every time I go there! Every single dish on the menu is made to perfection! The long black is really nice as well they were not overpowered by the smooky roast flavor like the usual ordinary cafes! Highly recommend it.
Found Fable during my lunch hour & ordered the mouth-watering Breakfast Roll with asparagus & bacon & a Cafe Latte to follow. Flawless! Apparently all the ingredients are ethical sourced & the quality & service were superb. The space works as a series of small tables wound along folding doors which is cozy & great for people watching on Darlinghurst Road. Fable Is a fantastic addition to the very competitive local cafe scene in Darlinghurst & highly recommended.
I love finding out about new food places near home! It also means Iâm much more likely to go back a second (or third!) time â ha! FABLE COFFEE totally fit the bill for my ideal cafe. Itâs close by (of course) and serves interesting and innovative cafe food using local and sustainable ingredients. Not to mention their menu changes quite often so it means you can go back all the time and try new dishes!

This has to be the best coffee shop in town. Their food is nice and tasty (worth every penny), environment of the shop is really nice and I love how the staff are serious about hygiene, and cleans up very well after every customer! Service is quick and staff are very friendly. Kudos to JY and team.

Small menu but whatâs on there is really good. Love the blessed morning bowl and recently tried the grilled nectarine and cauliflower salad. Really nice dishes, friendly staff and you usually get a table pretty quickly. Recommended. Also a great spot for people watching.

We got seated outside which was perfect, so we could enjoy the vitamin D sunshine.
I loved the quinoa dish, it was as very healthy and tasty. Very delicious đ I also loved the Smoothie, so refreshing.
The customer service was excellent. They did check if we were happy and looked after us.
This cafe is very small but the food and service was amazing so definitely worth visiting â¤ď¸
