O'uchi - Sydney - Photo album

Have been here a couple of times now and always experienced friendly service, lovely ambience with classy music playing, and flavours that are delicious and perfectly balanced - definitely a cut above. Lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options, all clearly marked. Highly recommend
Awesome little Japanese Restaurant in the heart of Sydney CBD selling great quality organic food and drinks. Get in early. There is a queue to get in here shortly after 12pm weekdays. I had a big bowl of yummy Karaage chicken ramen Noodle Soup. Chicken based broth rather than a pork broth. So good,
They did their noodles Al dente which didn’t have anything to do with the soup base … competent at best … Kara age was actually chicken cutlet smothers with Uber powerful yuzu sauce … but better than I expected
Quantity Japanese hole in the wall. You won't regret visiting. The the sashimi was fresh, the ramen was exceptional and the bento box was well sized. Quality ingredients and a local secret. Recommend the duck or the chicken and scallop. Being a hole in the wall there is limited seating and it's us
Sushi, yes! Which way to go? Barangaroo or just 190m (staying at the “West Hotel Curio”) away to what looks like an authentic? Now we have been here - no question, love this little restaurant! 5-by-5.
Love the combination of Japanese and Western elements. A notable restaurant for people bored of the traditional style of ramen. Try the whiskey. The Japanese barman comes and pours it infront of you (which is pretty cool) .
Had a lovely experience here. Different, quirky, delicious Japanese food, not your typical dishes. Staff were very friendly and attentive service.
After telling myself to try and eat there, i finally did after 3 years. Food is amazing. Would come back again and recommended. My only regret is that it took me 3 years to try this place.
