I stopped in with friends for lunch and we decided to try a few different dishes and share. There was a lunch special on which meant the dishes we picked were only $10 each, rather than the usual price of $16-$17, so it was exceptionally good value. My favourite dish was the Goddess Salad which had the creamiest Persian feta with lots of dried cranberries and crunchy pepitas on top of mixed greens with a tangy lemon, lime and olive oil dressing. The Margherita pizza was quite a decent size and the crust was beautifully light and crisp. The Mushroom Linguine had a fairly light sauce rather than a traditional creamy mushroom sauce and it was initially a little bland. After a little seasoning with the salt & paper grinders on the table, the flavours really lifted and I really enjoyed the dish. Service was quick and friendly too.
While waiting for a film to start at the Rhodes Reading Cinema, we decided to check out the dining options in the area and decided some Italian at Corbett and Claude would be a good choice. We based this off the busy dining area, green plants and really rustic decor that we could see upon entry. Walking in we were greeted by friendly staff that showed us right to a comfy seating area. The dining room is warmly lit, and has full view of the kitchen along with the big wood fired oven where the pizzas are made which I loved. The natural hues and indoor plants decorating the room gave the space a homely and warm vibe, which paired with the rustic tables and brown leather chairs, looked fabulous.
This is our local favourite, serves good food and is kids friendly. Service can be lacking at times but staff is always friendly and smiling.

We tried Corbett & Claude using a Groupon voucher. The service was quite good: the staff were very helpful and attentive even when the lunch time rush began. We had: the Parmesan chips, the sweet potato chips, the Butcher pizza, the mushroom and feta pizza, the classic Cigar and the pan fried gnocchi.
The truffle dipping sauce that came with the Parmesan chips was simply heavenly. I wish I could have that sauce with everything I eat from now on. Both buckets of chips were really fresh and piping hot.
The crust on the pizzas were fantastic. It was cooked perfectly and the thickness and texture really complimented the toppings. Whilst the flavors for the classic Cigar were good, the thicker areas of the crust tasted a little doughy. The gnocchi was also amazing albeit a little salty but it was fine as a shared dish.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Corbett & Claude and thus would highly recommend this place. We will be back to try the risotto sometime!
Always love eating the pizza here. Such a great affordable place to go have dinner. Can get a little busy at times but we'll worth the wait.
It is located in Rhodes Waterside shopping centre on the upper levels. They seemed to be quite busy this lunchtime so all the seats inside were taken but they had seats available just outside the restaurant within the shopping centre. We nabbed a table and the staff were quite pleasant and took our order.
We went with the The Butcher Pizza which had beef meatballs, ham, salami, fior di latte mozzarella and caramelised onion with bbq sauce. The other dish ordered was a Chicken Caesar Salad. The pizza was nice and thin with a crispy base. Good amount of toppings and tasty. The salad was crisp and delicious.
This venue located on the top floor of Rhodes Waterside. It has modern and elegant decor.
I came here to have a light meal and I chose Salt n Pepper Calamari from their ‘larger’ share dishes option.
The dish arrived pretty quickly and it was delicious (just a tiny bit too salty for my liking). Calamari was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I expected the portion to be bigger though as it’s supposed to be a large dish to share.
This place is amazing!
There pizzas are the best I've ever had. I 100% recommend this place. I go there all the time. The end result is incredible.

My wife and I visited this establishment for desert and drinks. I have to admit we actually were after another establishment however since it was packed, we came across Corbett & Claude.
We didn't have any main meals however the pizza smell was great.
The cocktails tasted delicious however I think they need to serve them in better glasses. Cocktails are supposed to have fancy names, interesting mix of flavours and tasteful to the eyes.
The desert were ok nothing special. The Banana Calzone as it started was delicious however I think (can't believe I am saying this) it needs to be smaller and less salted caramel.
Overall I think this is a decent establishment for a date night or even a large group of friends catching up.
I've been here numerous times and it is definitely my go to spot for Italian in Rhodes. The food and service is always top notch. They're licensed too and have some delicious cocktails.
I was struggling for a nice place to take my parents. Then stumbled across Corbett and Claude.
What a find!!!! From the moment we went in, we were greeted by smiley and welcoming staff, that was just eager to help but still gave you space and time to enjoy the experience with the people you came in with.
Order the Grilled Halloumi with peach muscatel chutney to share with a couple of corbett Colladas and went down a treat. I was sceptical whether peach chutney would work with halloumi but it so did!!
I ordered a meat pizza (i forgot the name) but for the lovers of fresh pizzas with italian meats on it, its wicked. My Mum ordered a salad and Dad had a pasta being the fussiest eaters I know they were really pleased with what they got.
Only problem was we were so full we didn't make it to desert and I was gutted I didn't get to eat any after seeing the table next to mine order what looks to be ice cream and waffles!!
I definitely going back there again, it's great for a summers day and can imagine it's nice all year round!! thanks guys!!!
Went here in September whilst on a trip back to Australia to see my girlfriend's parents - we'd heard some good things from our friends out there! We ordered the cigar (simply to see what it was lol), a 'fisherman' pizza, a side salad and a couple of cocktails each.
The food was great (and really good value) and the cocktails were well made but what really set this place apart was the atmosphere - friendly, good humoured, knowledgeable staff who really went the extra mile to make you feel welcome!
We will definitely visit again when we're back at Christmas!
Happy hour was awesome and we got our money's worth because of the great service! Split the awesome "cigar" with my mates as it was massive! Had a great chat with the guys behind the bar. Will definitely be back!
“Cocktails & Shares: Date Night on the Road”
Literally stumbled across this place by accident as I was holding the map and always get us lost when travelling in new cities..."use Google Maps" she says...grrr!! Sometimes finding good restaurants is sheer luck and we were both so happy to find this place...the atmosphere & vibe was just right. Kicked off with some sharing plates and cocktails (my favourite definitely the Hendricks Lamar)...sweet potato chips and a meat board...i ordered extra wagyu pastrami :) The pizza option was a blessing as she's doing the gluten free thing and apparently it's better for me as well...smoked ham & pineapple plus we shared a quinoa & coconut salad (w/prawns). I'm a passive dessert guy myself, i.e. she orders, i try to be good, but end up eating 50% of it as secretly i have that evil sweet tooth...we tried waffles and an espresso martini for the road...walked out a happy man! Visited this place twice more during our 3wk trip (once just for cocktails and some small shares) and hoping they branch out to London very soon :) Guys trust me, this will not disappoint her!
Outstanding! We came by with a group of my friends for a birthday dinner and had a very memorable experience. We shared a few pizzas and tried the chicken bites which were fantastic. There was a rolled up pizza option called the cigar which was so tasty. We tried some alcoholic ginger beer and a few beers and it all complimented the food very well. The staff were very helpful and looked after us all night. Different from your usual restaurant experience because there was music playing and the place looked more like a bar/lounge than a restaurant which made it really cool. Will definitely be back for more!
First time eating here. Was an overall lovely experience. Food standard was high. Had a full flavour pizza that didn't leave us bloated and a cheese board to write home about. They offer a great house craft beer and the service was welcoming but not in your face.
Absolutely fantastic!
Food was delicious and well priced for the quality of the meal.
Service was instantaneous, was promptly seen to and served food.
Would recommend others to eat here
As someone who loves pizza, but has limited options for a gluten free diet, this is the best gluten free pizza I've ever had! (Even better than regular, wheat base!)
The staff we're considerate of my allergies and all around very friendly. Such a great atmosphere and delicious food, can't wait to come back next time I'm in town! Very excited to find this gem!
This is a great place! I came here for a mates birthday. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. They were super accomodating of vegetarians! My favourite dish was the bread with the trio of dips as well as the vegetarian pizza. The place had a nice ambiance too! Will definitely be returning again!
I just thought I'd share some of the amazing food and drinks here at Corbett and claude. The salad you see is called 'Salata Peara' not found on the menu but made especially for someone else in the restaurant. I just had to ask for a quick photo!
The others are definitely some amazing pieces of art I've dug into! We are coming into spring and what a way to start with Corbett and Claude!

A nice casual dining place with polite and helpful staff. Being a vegetarian, it restricted our options but the vegie patch pizza and pesto with gnocchi is a must have and purely a delight to the taste buds.
I really enjoyed my meal, have tasted the menu at all the restaurants in Rhodes Center, this is my new favourite. Tried the Cuban rolled pizza and mushroom pasta, the flavour and seasoning left you salivating for more. The portion was just right for two, and reasonably priced. Atmosphere was very mod urban and welcoming, the well organized kitchen adds to this experience. Staff were very attentive, our service was good as they ensured we had everything we wanted, returning serveral times, clearing unnecessary plates, accommodating requests.

Came across Corbett & Claude after seeing a movie at Reading, which is nearby. We sat in a cosy corner on a leather couch by the bar. Although it was night when I was there, there was still a nice view looking out over the palm tree lined street.
Luckily for us, Sundays is "kids eat free with a paying adult". Bonus. There was a kids menu with a cute dog colouring in page on the back.
Pizzas were available with gluten free bases.
Bar was well stocked and it looked like any order could be accommodated. My husband was disappointed to miss the $5 sweet potato fries with Wild Yak Pacific Ale but there were so many offers - make sure you check them out before ordering. Everything from happy hour drinks to takeaway deals.
Service from our German waitress was attentive and friendly. Pizzas arrived in good time and overall was good, just a few burnt edges. There weren't many other diners that night so the place was pretty relaxed.
Good place for groups and wheelchair accessible. WiFi another plus.
A cute Italian place hidden in Rhodes Waterside. Large selection of drinks, I enjoyed my virgin mojito. The portions of the meals were very big, we ended up ordering takeaway for most of it 😅
I dined at Corbett & Claude for a quick lunch whilst in Rhodes. Certainly wasn't expecting much from the $10 lunch special pizza. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by how good this margherita was. As good as, if not better than pizza's costing twice as much! If they an get a margherita right then have confidence in the rest of the menu. I'll be back!
The service is nice and friendly. Food comes really quick. The mushroom pizza with truffle oil is really nice. Will come back again.
We have been several times and never disappoints. Pleasant place to eat! Family friendly too :)
