I stopped in with friends for lunch and we decided to try a few different dishes and share. There was a lunch special on which meant the dishes we picked were only $10 each, rather than the usual price of $16-$17, so it was exceptionally good value. My favourite dish was the Goddess Salad which had the creamiest Persian feta with lots of dried cranberries and crunchy pepitas on top of mixed greens with a tangy lemon, lime and olive oil dressing. The Margherita pizza was quite a decent size and the crust was beautifully light and crisp. The Mushroom Linguine had a fairly light sauce rather than a traditional creamy mushroom sauce and it was initially a little bland. After a little seasoning with the salt & paper grinders on the table, the flavours really lifted and I really enjoyed the dish. Service was quick and friendly too.
While waiting for a film to start at the Rhodes Reading Cinema, we decided to check out the dining options in the area and decided some Italian at Corbett and Claude would be a good choice. We based this off the busy dining area, green plants and really rustic decor that we could see upon entry. Walking in we were greeted by friendly staff that showed us right to a comfy seating area. The dining room is warmly lit, and has full view of the kitchen along with the big wood fired oven where the pizzas are made which I loved. The natural hues and indoor plants decorating the room gave the space a homely and warm vibe, which paired with the rustic tables and brown leather chairs, looked fabulous.
This is our local favourite, serves good food and is kids friendly. Service can be lacking at times but staff is always friendly and smiling.

We tried Corbett & Claude using a Groupon voucher. The service was quite good: the staff were very helpful and attentive even when the lunch time rush began. We had: the Parmesan chips, the sweet potato chips, the Butcher pizza, the mushroom and feta pizza, the classic Cigar and the pan fried gnocchi.
The truffle dipping sauce that came with the Parmesan chips was simply heavenly. I wish I could have that sauce with everything I eat from now on. Both buckets of chips were really fresh and piping hot.
The crust on the pizzas were fantastic. It was cooked perfectly and the thickness and texture really complimented the toppings. Whilst the flavors for the classic Cigar were good, the thicker areas of the crust tasted a little doughy. The gnocchi was also amazing albeit a little salty but it was fine as a shared dish.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Corbett & Claude and thus would highly recommend this place. We will be back to try the risotto sometime!
Always love eating the pizza here. Such a great affordable place to go have dinner. Can get a little busy at times but we'll worth the wait.
It is located in Rhodes Waterside shopping centre on the upper levels. They seemed to be quite busy this lunchtime so all the seats inside were taken but they had seats available just outside the restaurant within the shopping centre. We nabbed a table and the staff were quite pleasant and took our order.
We went with the The Butcher Pizza which had beef meatballs, ham, salami, fior di latte mozzarella and caramelised onion with bbq sauce. The other dish ordered was a Chicken Caesar Salad. The pizza was nice and thin with a crispy base. Good amount of toppings and tasty. The salad was crisp and delicious.
This venue located on the top floor of Rhodes Waterside. It has modern and elegant decor.
I came here to have a light meal and I chose Salt n Pepper Calamari from their ‘larger’ share dishes option.
The dish arrived pretty quickly and it was delicious (just a tiny bit too salty for my liking). Calamari was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I expected the portion to be bigger though as it’s supposed to be a large dish to share.
This place is amazing!
There pizzas are the best I've ever had. I 100% recommend this place. I go there all the time. The end result is incredible.

My wife and I visited this establishment for desert and drinks. I have to admit we actually were after another establishment however since it was packed, we came across Corbett & Claude.
We didn't have any main meals however the pizza smell was great.
The cocktails tasted delicious however I think they need to serve them in better glasses. Cocktails are supposed to have fancy names, interesting mix of flavours and tasteful to the eyes.
The desert were ok nothing special. The Banana Calzone as it started was delicious however I think (can't believe I am saying this) it needs to be smaller and less salted caramel.
Overall I think this is a decent establishment for a date night or even a large group of friends catching up.
I've been here numerous times and it is definitely my go to spot for Italian in Rhodes. The food and service is always top notch. They're licensed too and have some delicious cocktails.

Came across Corbett & Claude after seeing a movie at Reading, which is nearby. We sat in a cosy corner on a leather couch by the bar. Although it was night when I was there, there was still a nice view looking out over the palm tree lined street.
Luckily for us, Sundays is "kids eat free with a paying adult". Bonus. There was a kids menu with a cute dog colouring in page on the back.
Pizzas were available with gluten free bases.
Bar was well stocked and it looked like any order could be accommodated. My husband was disappointed to miss the $5 sweet potato fries with Wild Yak Pacific Ale but there were so many offers - make sure you check them out before ordering. Everything from happy hour drinks to takeaway deals.
Service from our German waitress was attentive and friendly. Pizzas arrived in good time and overall was good, just a few burnt edges. There weren't many other diners that night so the place was pretty relaxed.
Good place for groups and wheelchair accessible. WiFi another plus.
A cute Italian place hidden in Rhodes Waterside. Large selection of drinks, I enjoyed my virgin mojito. The portions of the meals were very big, we ended up ordering takeaway for most of it 😅
I dined at Corbett & Claude for a quick lunch whilst in Rhodes. Certainly wasn't expecting much from the $10 lunch special pizza. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by how good this margherita was. As good as, if not better than pizza's costing twice as much! If they an get a margherita right then have confidence in the rest of the menu. I'll be back!
The service is nice and friendly. Food comes really quick. The mushroom pizza with truffle oil is really nice. Will come back again.
We have been several times and never disappoints. Pleasant place to eat! Family friendly too :)
