With the queue at RaRa Redfern showing no signs of diminishing, I put aside my longing for ramen and reacquainted myself with Redforno Pizzeria. Located on the pedestrian thoroughfare between Redfern Station and the suburb’s main drag, it’s prime people-watching territory on their al fresco tables.
‘Little Italy’ in Sydney feelings.
Pizza is absolutely pizza. Plus Redforno hosts a pizza + drink event fortnightly. And Great music, DJ. Staff has the best vibe, the groove, the smile and the mood while making pizza, making spritz (and other cocktails) and enjoying the music - that’s their secret i
real authentic Italian pizzas. Various choice of pizzas and the taste is great with thin base. Good discount with Eatclub or unlimited pizza for 20$ on Wed evening. Just next to Redfern station
Fresh food, nice and warm. Cozy atmosphere perfect for a date.

We had dinner here last night. It has a small dining area out the back. The service was amazing and great Italian wines at really reasonable prices. The pizza was sensational and made by an Italian chef. Highly recommend.
The best pizza. Super thin base, the right balance between chewy and crispy. Not over the top with toppings. A good selection of veggie options too and their mixed salad is great. We eat there a lot, you can BYO and there are also take away options.

Long story short : if you want t
Really friendly and genuine team. Visited with the eatClub promotion so got a discount, but regardless the restaurant looked after us (and our baby) so well! From a food perspective, the pastas were light and homey while the pizzas were crisp and heavy on the palate!
