I like the decorations. The staff is so nice. Thanks!
Coffee roaster in the city, brewing up a nice coffee. We found the coffee to be quite smooth, not a lot of kick to it, quite milky if that’s your style. Staff are friendly and Service is fast. They don’t have a lot of food, small bakery type menu. We were keen for a tasting palette, though they didn’t have these on the day.
I quite like the blend they have here and the barista was super friendly! Not a big fan of the almond milk they use though (almond breeze)
In my continuing exploration of the best coffee near where I’m volunteering in the CBD, I was recommended to try Normcore, the name which makes me laugh. It's low-key and feels undecorated, in a cool sort of way. My search for a take away coffee with coffee art still is unsuccessful. But my takeaway latte (large) was creamy and frothy in a nice way, that reminds me of my favourite coffee from Single O, but without sacrificing flavour.

The Spot: very convenient near the bus stop. Small and hard to spot on the street but perfect for a cup to go.
The Service: amazing energy, so friendly so early in the morning. Their baristas churn it out at an admirable pace.
The Drink: smooth and rich and much, much better than Pablo and Rusty’s down the road.
Their baked goods look beautiful and their open kitchen imbues that special feeling of homecooking. These guys look like they get s— done with a genuine smile on their face.
Cute little hole in the wall that I unknowingly pass everyday on the way to work every day. Popped in and the service was fantastic. The coffee blew my mind, perfectly balanced with a bitter hit but smooth and creamy. I’m also a huge fan of their cute cup designs! This will definitely be my local coffee spot now!
Coffee was extremely enjoyable, they have won lots of awards for a reason! The baristas are all very friendly, and it looks like a fun place to work. Lots of options, aeropress, pourover, espresso, and they have excellent beans. The shop itself is really nice, lots of places to sit and looks great.
Normcore coffee roaster is best of sydney.
When I go there first , They made geisha coffee from Panama for me. That taste is never forget to me.
In Short: Normcore Coffee Roasters is all about a focus on the essentials of great coffee. These guys are serious in their aim to give their customers the best coffee experience in every cup. An outstanding array of specialty coffee and quality food make Normcore Coffee Roasters in Sydney a must for anyone serious about their coffee.
One of the best coffee around at CBD.
This place uniquely roast their own coffee beans.
I have Picollo yesterday, spend some times talking to the barista.
He explain it to me that for milk base coffee they use medium -dark roast, and for black coffee they used light- medium roast beans.
My Picollo was taste so smooth in texture and with hint of hazelnut nuttiness through the drink.
Will be back for different experiences for sure.
