Really really loved the pea, smoked salmon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce thing. Would really recommend it.
Being a local around the area, we’ve loved this humble local cafe. Over our visits, we’ve tried their Veggie Stack, Down Under, Steak it Away, Crispy Bird, Miss Maroubra, and Flying Pig (and their sweet potato fries!). Our favorites are Crispy Bird and Down Under. They’re generous in portions and delicious.
Beverages, we’ve tried their orange coffee latte, mint mocha and mocha. We also like their iced Prana Chai.
We’ve been to this cafe since the price was still about $10.5-12 for each sandwich, which made a much cheaper option for a weekend brunch compared to other restaurants in Rosebery. Though the price has gone up a little, we’ll still come back and look forward to our next visit :)
An industrial/rustic themed cafe on the main street of Rosebery where rusted corrugated iron decorats the walls and the outside tables are repurposed industrial spools. It's very quaint, popular and can get busy.
We ordered The Cure, the Breakfast Bruschetta and a couple of coffees. The Cure was absolutely delicious. The bacon was crispy and the potato rosti (homemade hashbrowns) addded great texture. Vut the BBQ chilli sauce smacks your tastebuds around showing you who's your daddy!
The breakfast bruschetta had two perfectly poached eggs, avocado and some delicious getta cheese. The oozing egg yolks mixed all of that flavour so well together.
The coffee was on point, but the standout was the mint mocha - my new Christmas drink. It comes with a crushed mint choc mini Areo bar mixed and sprinkled over it. It literally tastes like a non-alcohol version of Christmas! A takeway mocha with a shot or 3 of Bailey's would make this superb!
The service was spot on! The place was packed but the food and coffee came out extremely fast! The staff giggled seeing our Miffy photos. Really like this place and will be back to try more food!
Quite a new café in Rosebery is already packed every weekend with locals grabbing their morning coffee or enjoying a casual brunch.
We love a fancy well crafted dish as much as the next foodie but sometimes you just want something a bit more traditional. At Two Fives they sure provided us with the goods. We bring you the Egg Salute! If you ever remember when you were younger dipping your buttered toast, cut into soldiers, into a perfectly soft boiled egg well you can now have it at Two Fives. For big and little kids alike, bring them a long it is definitely something that would keep them more than satisfied.
If you’re looking for something more substantial they also have an extensive menu to cater for whatever you’re feeling. The Breakfast Wrap, Nested Egg & Eggatoullie were all crowd pleasers for us.
The atmospehere is good and food are nice but the serve is a bit small. It would be nice to have a cup of coffee or with the sandwiches. There are some scrolls and cakes if u have sweet tooth.

New to the Foodie scene is this hipster cafe in Rosebery, with a nice setup and space at their disposal they have all the tools to make a go of it.
The food wasn't creative so much but followed the usual path now days served by most Cafe's. Good solid food.
Coffee was pretty good with what seemed like well
Trained Baristas.
Previously located down the road these guys have moved and expanded their foothold in Rosebery and looks like they're fast becoming a local gem. They're also doing good things for the coffee kick with local Deluca coffee from Banksmeadow. Really enjoyed my Cappuccino ($3.30) with good flavour and strength. The Mrs spotted the barista who used to work for The Fine Foods Store on Oxford St before it became Coffee Bar by Espresso'd and always rated his coffee as one of her favourites in Sydney. Latte ($3.30) was also good as hoped for the Mrs. Hot Chocolate ($3.30) for Miss 4 year old hits the spot although the Babyccino ($1.50) could do with some improvement as it's mostly milk and served in a ceramic cup which isn't as kid friendly as it could be. For a decent sized hunger buster the rightfully named 'The Cure' ($10) comes with crispy bacon, 2 fried eggs, lettuce, tomato, potato roost and chilli BBQ sauce. Very tasty and make sure you have your napkins on standby. Egg Salute ($9) is cute in presentation with 2 soft boiled eggs served with soldier toast. Lots of street parking in the area. There's pencils, books and toys available on the shelves to help entertain the kids. I reckon it would be great if they also added a wall baby change table to their nice clean and spacious toilet to make it even more parent friendly. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Was looking for breakfast in the area and had this place recommended from a group of friends. Grab a table inside as those that are outside are the low tables and chairs which are not my favourite. The menu selection is good, however, I really liked their breakfast wrap. The flavours of the eggs, feta and sauce is delicious. They do serve a good coffee and the price was reasonable. On the weekend there is plenty of parking so it's super easy to get to.
One of the best cafe's I've been to. Not usually so impressed, but the friendly atmosphere of this little cafe had me coming back again and again, bringing friends and family each time. Started off with the "Breakfast bruschetta", which was a marvellous little meal and a flat white. Tried the "Hippie Bowl" for a change and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee is definitely a must, and the "Guilt Free" granola bowl with yoghurt and fruit is also one of my favourites. Will be back again!
The Best Coffee in the town ☕️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, and we had order eggs salute ($9), not too bad :).
Good And Quick Service, But the place too small.
Easy to find the place, they're on Gardeners Road.
Coffee is amazing (had regular and almond milk; both made perfectly). Food choices are unique and interesting. I tried the sausage muffins which were probably the best I’ve had in a long time. Home-made sausages, house made sauce which was delicious and perfectly toasted muffins. Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu. Cafe owners we met were incredibly hospitable and kind. This place is pretty special and should be a destination for anyone seeking out one of Sydney’s best cafes.
Love their crispy bird sandwich, and the way they serve their babycinno is so cute! We’ve tried a few of their sandwiches over the years and they’re all so tasty; Miss Maroubra, Flying Pig, Porky Cuban. Also tried their WOLA juice, orange latte. A little gem in Eastlakes/ Rosebery :)
The food is very good. It's fresh and generous.
Coffee is good too.
Service is friendly and prices are reasonable.
Parking available in side streets.
Best to eat without use of cutlery.
My only negative is the cutlery and tin can holders. Knives most definitely need replacing as the ones there can't cut through anything.
The tin box (cutlery holder) at tables are rusty down bottom, not pleasant to see.
Worth a visit .
I am only visiting family from the Gold Coast, I needed coffee urgently Sunday morning and done a search to find Two Fives Cafe 500m away and opened. I checked the reviews (as you do) and headed down. It was super busy and the girl making the coffee greeted me with a beautiful smile. I ordered 4 takeaway coffees and sat down to wait. 2 minutes later my order was done. Great service great coffee great energy from the staff.
Quite lovely cute cafe with industry vibe interiors. Avo toast was quite nice and lots variety of toppings combined, French toast with creme brûlée was amazing with the mighty sweet flavours and super fluffy toasts. Coffee also great.
I have been coming here for 3 days. I had to work from the cafe while my kids attended maths words across the road. I just want to let everyone know how welcomed and comfortable i was made to feel. I sat there for 3 hours+ I had coffee and food but was left alone to work. Thank you guys. And the lady taking orders actually remembered my coffee from the day before ❤️
Fantastic service and great food. The haloumi sweet potato rosti sandwich is my favourite thing to eat there. I've always enjoyed everything I had there and am looking forward to trying more of the menu. The atmosphere in the Cafe is lovely.
