Never goes wrong for a 4 stars hotel's restaurant. All u can expected is good service and use of good ingredients to cook the food for you.
The restaurant was quiet. I didn't fancy anything on the menu and asked if they perhaps could make me chicken breast. Which is when they showed me the other menu - 2 courses for $29. I ordered the chicken breast which was delicious. Served with zucchini and a simple tasty gravy. I ordered some mash and gobbled it up before I thought of taking a photo. I ordered creme brûlée for dessert which was a strange concoction of honeyed cream, crushed meringue, a macaron and strawberry halves. I think kids would enjoy it but too sweet for me. I enjoyed the main and would come back.
Food was great. Lamb cutlets were amazing and my friend had the whole gish and said it was beautiful especially the sauce

It was a nice complimentary breakfast because we stayed in Rydges World Square Hotel (which ultimately was nice too)22nd to 23rd. It was such a relief to have it since you are tending to kids and would be easier for us to fill in their tummies in a Monday morning. We actually had a good time eating our breakfast. We weren't expecting it to be as fancy as something but it was definitely worth it. For a complimentary breakfast, it's a winner especially when you got kids! The full breakfast was a complete package for me and my family. They have heating stations for bread, chocolate fountains, salad bar. Choices of pastries and breads was definitely a good one. Enjoyed it a lot. My children indulged on their scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. They also offered congee (I forgot to try it).A table of hot drinks, cold juices and cereals too. The waffles might have a little twitching because it was a bit chewy but the mixture was good tho. I liked it still. The staff were all polite and nice. The place were spacious. Crowd were nice too smiles everywhere. One the staff, even gave my daughter a little activity pack. Thanks to him!So yeah, overall I am happy and very satisfied with the service. Good food, Good staff and a very nice crowd to have my coffee in a beautiful Monday Morning. Thank you very much! Will definitely come back 😊
I had the steak dinner with mushroom sauce. It was done exactly as I requested with delicious chips. I highly recommend the Sphere Resturant!!
