My wife and I just got home from a relaxed night out. We don't come often in the city, and today we tried The Wolf for some drinks and food.
We followed some of the recommendations (mid priced, not the more expensive dishes/wines like some other places do) from our waiter and absolutely loved it. T
We were rushed before a show at the Opera house, the kitchen was open at 5.30 BONUS. Then the service was freindly and efficient (a hard combination to get right), the ambience was quiet, darkish and comfortable and being a Monday not crowded. Was. better than the photos on their site.

The bartenders were the first problem. I found them incredibly rude and unorganised. (This is coming from an ex bartender) It took 3 bar tenders until I was able to get 2 drinks, because apparently reaching into a fridge takes 3 bartenders 10 minutes to do it.
