It's pretty charming to stumble on this little coffee place in this alleyway (a work colleague though pointed it out as one of the top coffees in the area). I was a little horrified that they wrote on my KeepCup ... and I am always disappointed, take-away coffee or not, if there's no coffee art (I checked on my second time here) ... BUT the coffee was delicious, rich with an almost chocolate texture, not the sweetness but a sort of velvet mouth coating.
In the city close to World Square, this small outlet does a very good job of pumping out the coffees for the patrons requiring their caffeine fix. This may be the coffee place I most prefer due to a combination of being well priced, located, and taste of coffee. Service is nice too which helps.
I’ve been a couple of times now and ordered the Mocha. Smooth blend and very drinkable. They use their own house blend. I have also had an Organic Chocolate Croissant which was flaky. The Scrambled Egg Wrap isn’t bad and had feta in it.

Menu is limited by the space as the team work in a little area behind the counter dancing skilfully around one another as orders flow. Food was lovely and fresh and staff friendly and interested creating a nice feel to the place. Limited indoor seating with more outside if the weather is amenable. Cosy and likeable little cafe.

Love Central Roasters its my new morning coffee ritual. Love the service - staff are incredibly friendly. Everytime i order a machiato they also bring out water, its the little things! They have a great variety of coffee including cold drip and heaps of food options!

I'm a big fan of these guys. They serve fantastic coffee with a friendly, down to earth attitude. Their baked goods are delicious. My friend wishes there was more choice; I have a hard time choosing so I don't mind!
They are hidden down a laneway but people take the time to find them and visit, they sell their own beans, and they are getting busier as the word gets out about how good the coffee is. Check them out.
So happy we found this place tucked away down a lane way. Coffee was smooth and perfectly prepared. Scrambled egg wrap was made up fresh and was simple but delicious. Staff were so friendly and even gave our son a decadent chocolate cookie which he absolutely devoured! Will definitely be back here.

If you are staying at Kimpton Margot Sydney, this coffee shop is very nice and convenient particularly for your breakfast. I ordered cafe latte and sandwiches, and they were excellent. A very lovely place if you like to visit a small local coffee roaster.
One of the best taste in coffee around Pitt Street. You have to come and see for yourself. Really great coffee. Why, I get my coffee form Central Rosters everyday and multiple times a day. It’s that good. They have also quick snacks for lunch and some great sweets as well.
It’s very nice to be greeted by staff that knows your name and the specific coffee you have. This is different from most coffee shops in town.
