We went at 3pm on Sunday and it's quite empty at this time. Serving is quite fast. We had the Premium Buffet @ $49pp (Standard Buffet is $39pp). It was definitely great experience. Sushi and Sashimi was so fresh almost could swim. My boy friend said the Best sushi ever he had in Sydney, also venue looks clean as well and its reasonable price. All staffs are very kind especially Stella was very nice.
