Cute little cafe nestled amongst the gardens in Orwell Street - lovely outlook and atmosphere, especially on a sunny morning. Polite and attentive staff were quick to visit our table, long black coffee delivered promptly with a nice solid crema - flavour, however was a 2.5/5. Ordered the green Buddha Brown, food is presented exceptionally beautifully, just like in the photos - but disappointingly bland. Desperately needing spice and/or chilli to make that kale pop. Not in a hurry to return.
I first ate at Wholefoods Dept last year not long after they first opened after following their amazing Instagram page I knew this was somewhere I had to try. The food was just as good as it looked in the pictures I left feeling very satisfied, but unfortunately I guess being a new restaurant there were a few bugs and the service was a little slow for my liking.
I was lucky enough to be in the area last weekend and got to give the place a try again. As per the instagram posts my desire to return never left, and in line with my last review the food was amazing! The staff were friendly and service was much quicker this time even though it was quite busy.
Can't wait to return!!!
Great menu and delicious coffees. Everything is done with that little bit of extra attention. Table water comes with cucumber, mint ... in it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is well presented and the interior perfectly fits the overall vibe. Not pretentious in any way and definitely one of the best choices you can make in the Potts Point area.

Fresh vibe and friendly staff!Pretty solid menu with a good selection. I personally can't go past ricotta pancakes... and these did not disappoint! my Girlfriend went for the green bowl and was equally pleased.

Nice cafe located in Potts point offering healthy drinks and food items. I had the farmers wife smoothie $9.50 and it tasted delicious. Customer service is nice and the place has a hipster cool vibe.
Fantastic food! I've visited wholefoods Dept a few times after training in the gym and it's always been good. Everything I've tried has been tasty, quality and full of fresh ingredients. Staff are friendly and conversational. Would highly recommend.
