Review Hungry Jack's - Sydney

Ordered take away here, the breakfast roll and 2 hash browns. Firstly the burger was nice however they only put 1 Bacon even when the photo and description says 2 Bacon. 1 hash brown was great and hot and the 2nd hash brown was cold. The wait time was quite long as well.

Literally the scrap food delivery service. Must be banned, i ordered the burger with priority order and eventhough order arrived fast but the burger was not edible and was very cold like ice. Maybe cooked a day ago and stored in coolroom. I won't remain calm until I get any update and yea my money full refund from this store 😤 😒. Are they serving food to animals 🤔. Damm. They are going to earn money just by selling scrap foods on delivery platforms to people.

Ive been here multiple times on drives to the city and usually they do a decent job of getting the food right, which is the bare minimum of expectations. though they take their sweet time despite being fast food. With the plentiful amount of workers they have cramped back in their kitchen area i dont understand how everything still takes forever to make. There has been occasions where my coffee was held up for 10 minutes with no proper explanation. However, todays visit takes the cake. Came here just today to get a whopper with only cheese, meat, and sauce, and was given a burger telling me to bug off with my special requests (a normal whopper). So after being absolutely enchanted by this sight, i had tried the burger anyways, because i wasnt too bothered to get it fixed. Then as soon as it touched my hands i could feel the ice cold touch from the burger. I practically had frostbite trying to hold it in my hands. I had returned to the counter to ask them for another burger with my special requests, but for some particular reason there seems to be a trait among hungry jacks employees where if a customer is standing right in front of the counter you are highly encouraged to bludge and ignore them for a few minutes before attending to them. Anyways, after i managed to get a hold of someone, I informed them of my problem and reminded them of my request for the whopper to have meat, cheese, and sauce only. After a while they gave me the burger, and to nobody’s surprise, it was still wrong. The burger may as well have been the same burger i gave back to them except reheated in the microwave for 30 seconds. They had managed to upset and fail me not once, but twice in a single visit, and i was practically over it from there. Dealing with these lousy excuses of customer service workers to get what i asked for would be more troublesome than dealing with what i had received. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my night is ruined. Wack

It's hungry Jack's. What can I say. The staff did their job ,the food tasted like hungry Jack's. The real question is why? Why was i at hungry Jack's at 11pm? Had it been a good night? A bad one? Is it health,spirituality, to be eating hungry Jack's, by yourself ,late at night? I certainly isnt because I was actually hungry. Could I have lived of my bodies stores of fat until the morning? Most definitely. In the end this review isn't the right time or place to answer any of these questions. I need to do that, quietly in my own time. One last question. Again, Why? Why, dear reader are you reading a review about a Hungry Jack's attached to a gas station in the first place. Whst were you expecting to gind thst you didnt already know ,deep in your heart, already.Stop reading and go for a walk. Drink more water and enjoy the company of your loved ones.

Been ages since I've had Hungry Jacks, literally been years. So decided to head to my nearest HJ's en route to work. Tried the double homestyle whopper meal and was pleased to find that not only are the burgers better but the chips and orange juice too. The taste is cleaner :) Customer service was fast and the location within a Coles Express service station is pretty clever. There's also sufficient car parking within the lot.

Tried the Mega Jack and it was so delicious. I love big macs from maccas but this one i got to say is better. It's bigger and had lots of sauce and i liked that we can replace chips with onion rings at no extra cost. Service is always quick and efficient.

This rating is on my experience tonight. Ordered 2 Rebel Whoppers to arrive home and find that 1 of the burgers had the incorrect patty in it. Incredibly annoying as we ordered the Rebel Whopper for a reason! (the mash veggie patty doesn't taste good). Frustrated that the people making these burgers didn't say anything and just decided to knowingly serve the incorrect burger. Edit: My partner and I were so incredibly surprised with the prompt and high level of customer service from Hungry Jack's. Within 24hrs of our feedback emailed to them, the Manager contacted us via phone and apologized and provided us with an offer. When we went back into the store to redeem, the Manager apologized again, and not only her, but the entire staff as well which we didn't expect and was such a nice customer service experience. Massive kudos to them on handling our feedback. Customer service is so important! And of course the food they re-did for us was delicious with a lot of effort put into it which was greatly appreciated :)

I ordered the Jacks Crispy Fried Tropical Chicken Burger small meal with an orange juice. April served me and she was very efficient and courteous. My meal arrived quickly and it was very tasty and fresh. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely return!
