The Oxford Hotel - Sydney - Photo album

Apparently the Guinness has just come back on tap from several years and that's good because it was the only reason I visited the place from about 5 years or so. It's a relatively big pub and a lot quieter than I remember, but it is an old building and probably needs a renovation, the internals are
Friendly staff, and the food is good. I think they're doing a reduced menu at the moment, but it was all pretty standard/nice pub fare
Very surprised food was excellent large portions reasonably priced.
Great old school pub. Food is good value. Staff very friendly. Tends to be alittle quiet on a weekday if you like a good pub to enjoy a quiet drink. Busy on weekends and on special event days. Always fun
Great pub. Lots of different rooms with different vibes to suit events and age groups. The guitarist doing a gig was very talented too, Decent range of delicious food but sorely lacking in vegetarian options. Visited: Mid-March 2022
Sad sad steak and salad 🙁 Asked for no chips just salad which normally venues even in lettuce crisis would top up. Nope. Leaves of salad didn’t seemed to be washed or hardly dressed and it had just 2 cherry tomatoes and a couple of teeny tiny pieces of cucumber. Sad.
This is a lovely old pub that's had a nice renovation inside. The exterior is quite regal and a bit Victorian looking but inside has a bright and airy vibe, especially up in the dining area. Lots of wood in white tones combined with plenty of plush throw pillows add to the light feel of the place. T
We come to the Oxford for the major UFC cards. They have comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated seating inside (upstairs especially) and the outside beer garden is pretty decent but is full smoking area. They had Balter XPA on tap which is a plus and a delicious double fried chicken burger! Wort
