One of my regular work brekky places that have a great range of specials on offer each day. I always get a bacon egg roll with bbq sauce from the takeaway brekky menu which is personally my favourite down the north end of the CBD. Would like to branch out and try more of the specials and baked goods as they always look delicious.
Literally do lunch at this joint everyday !! Their salads are ah-mazingg especially the cured trout and the chicken Harissa.
The staff is nice and friendly too.
Walked past the laneway and saw the takeout lunch specials. Wasn't expecting much, but service was friendly at the counter, pasta a good and made fresh to order. Look forward to trying some other stuff there. Their sit down area looks good too.
I'm always reminded when I visit Sydney or Melbourne how much better the food is in quality and taste, but particularly, the service, compared to Perth.
So refreshing to find funky places like this serving the working crowd. I popped in for a very early lunch before having to catch a plane and really enjoyed the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel. U. Really appreciated the service in a simple dine in transaction. Awesome value too! I'd be paying far more in Perth.
The eye-catching Lemon Meringue Tart ($5) by Luxe Bakery makes for a yummy afternoon treat. Nice space and friendly efficient service here. I spy tempting gluten free Little Secrets Bakehouse treats as well.
Big cafe that caters to all your breakfast, coffee and lunch needs, even has alcoholic drinks available for those special lunches. Lots of menu options and they are all great!
Just wanted to say thanks to the young lovely Asian staff who showed kindness to me today when I enquired about where to find the nearest ladies bathroom this morning. She restored my faith in humanity. Forgot to ask for her name but she made my day brighter. Thank you, and know you have a keeper in her.

A great spot to grab a coffee or get something to eat.
There is a lot of seating (inside and outside) and the place is bright and airy, with high ceilings and lots of light.
It can get busy, which can make it a bit noisy inside, but the coffee, food and service remain on point.
There is a lot of good coffee in this area, but this one is my favourite. They are a proper dine-in cafe with lots of seating, great for a work meeting. They also have a good range of takeaway food. I love their yoghurt and muesli. You also choose your own piece of banana bread, which is cool.
Just like Avenue on Chifley, this family owned business runs the perfect cafe here too at Avenue on George. Greeted by immediate friendly service as we walked in to sit down. Quality coffee and nice cooked breakfast, will be back for sure.
I loved the place, but it left me a bit bewildered as a waitress took away my coffee before I finished it - so I had to order another, takeaway cup as I was leaving. Beautiful place though, great coffee, friendly staff, lots of gluten free options; looks like a good place for lunch meetings
Great to be back at Avenue on George Yesterday with some work Colleagues. Food, Beverages, Staff always on Point. Recommend anyone looking for Breakfast or lunch you won't be disappointed. Cheers Michael
Polite staff, good coffee and the food is nice quality. I was super hungry for some chips and a sandwich, and no lie, the chips were on point!!!
