The hotel was great. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They had a complimentary breakfast which was great for us since we didn't want to spend money on breakfast. The room was small and we had no sockets near the bed (in that specific room) because they pushed two separate beds into one large bed and that blocked the socket between the beds unfortunately. Cleanliness and everything else was great. We had a dinner in the Song restaurant and it was AMAZING and what I ordered was only $18. Will definitely eat there again if I get a chance. I think our experience there was worth the price.
Staff really good. A/c in standard didn't work. Upgraded to premium room. Premium room just renovated so excellent. If staying for business I would much prefer a chair with a back for working next to the desk. The continental breakfast is a nice touch but a healthier option than chocolate muffin would be good. Overall recommended.
We stayed in one of the themed rooms. It was great, clean and well furnished. The bed was so comfortable it was a good nights sleep. Only stayed one night and it was very convenient to where our event was. Will definitely be back. Parking was close by.
