The hotel was great. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They had a complimentary breakfast which was great for us since we didn't want to spend money on breakfast. The room was small and we had no sockets near the bed (in that specific room) because they pushed two separate beds into one large bed and that blocked the socket between the beds unfortunately. Cleanliness and everything else was great. We had a dinner in the Song restaurant and it was AMAZING and what I ordered was only $18. Will definitely eat there again if I get a chance. I think our experience there was worth the price.
Staff really good. A/c in standard didn't work. Upgraded to premium room. Premium room just renovated so excellent. If staying for business I would much prefer a chair with a back for working next to the desk. The continental breakfast is a nice touch but a healthier option than chocolate muffin would be good. Overall recommended.
We stayed in one of the themed rooms. It was great, clean and well furnished. The bed was so comfortable it was a good nights sleep. Only stayed one night and it was very convenient to where our event was. Will definitely be back. Parking was close by.
Just because the room had the basic needs I stay in King Premium and it very nice.... Clean, Shower excellent... Bed was comfy... Pillows a bit firm but fine.... The breakfast was basic but covered everything u need to start the day... no bacon and eggs or hash brown... but it was still delicious... TV had YouTube was awesome for 1 year old son and the location was close to Trains and not far from George St... I will rebook again for sure... The staff very nice and welcoming..... Stayed here recently, wheelchair accessible room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating of my additional needs and queries. Would stay here again as there is only a few available accessible double hotel rooms in all of Sydney. Will be fantastic when restaurant and bar is back to full operation.
We were two females travelling from the south coast to the city for a show and night away. The Song was fantastic on so many levels. The price was suitable and the room was clean, spacious, had a fantastic shower and beds. The staff were exceptional, particularly Abraham. He worked in the bar/restaurant and also checked us out on Sunday morning. He was friendly, professional, approachable and recommended the cod for dinner, which was absolutely mouth watering. We will definetely stay here again. Loved everything about it.
Pretty nice hotel, room was good, comfy armchair and bed was large. Staff were nice, although appear understaffed. Shower was great. Included a continental breakfast, which was ok, nothing amazing. Overall we would stay there again.
Location was good, about 450-500m to light rail, and also close to Sydney's Chinatown.
