As car parks go, this is a goodie. Feels luxe - no need for valet and double parking, clearly marked for public parking, not too many leagues under the sea, and quick clean lifts. Prices are higher than other places but for the refined car parking experience, a winner.

the parking was cheap for flat rate after hours but the enterance was located on Bent Street not Philips Street. Suggested an edit. See how it goes.

Great location. Used book a bay to get $8.50 all day parking in 2017. Public parking is down on P4, follow the painted white line. There are two lifts. Great location for botanical gardens or circular quay.
