Delicious food with friendly staffđ
Found this cafe through Instagram! We came for the matcha soufflĂ© pancakes and were not disappointed! Definitely tasted as good as we expected. Their other menu items are pretty standard for cafes, our meals tasted good but werenât anything special. Would go back again for the pancakes though. The cafe itself is quite small. Prices were similar to other âtrendy cafesâ.
The Thai Tea SoufflĂ© Pancake ($19.9) stayed true to itâs name and had tea infused with the batter of the soufflĂ© and the chocolate sauce complimented it nicely. âïžđ The cafĂ© itself is quaint, while the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Will definitely go back â

As a Thai milk tea fangirl I had to have the Thai tea souffle pancake đ„ ($19.9) with Thai tea cream, white chocolate crumble, fruit and ice cream. đ They came a little deflated but they still tasted nice with the sauce. They had a lot of other souffle pancake options which I am keen to try later.
The food is really nice with a generous portions. However the sits are very squishy and the staff are too busy that you've to wait a long time before they could serve you.
The food was of high quality, but we wait for a table for about more than half an hour. And a bit of a conference about a couple of tables are no one there. However, people are still waiting.
Their soufflĂ© pancakeâs photos are everywhere on Instagram and highly recommended by my friends so I got to give it a try. Yes itâs worth paying this place a visit even only for their pancakes. Fluffy and moist centre, topped with cream, matcha milk and pearls, this pancake was so impressive that I couldnât stop eating after the first bite.
Their rose pasta was rather ordinary, but the fettuccine was still nicely cooked to al dente. The only complaint would be the relatively small portion (I can be a big eater too).
Also worth noting is their seating and ordering system, which is semi-self service. We put our name down on the waiting list and told the staff that we wanted to stay indoor and turned out the staff got us a table outdoor. Customers place their orders at the counter and pay right away but their staff were too busy (or understaffed) to take mine. Waited for around 5 minutes before one of the them were able to take my order. Hopefully they can improve this bit as this made the dining experience less enjoyable.
Despite the service, I am definitely going back for their soufflĂ© pancakes until Iâve tried out all the flavours, just because itâs that good.
Xihuahua đ¶ found this place to try their soufflĂ©. The pancakes are so silky and smooth. Plenty of cream on top and matcha dust. Thyme on top adds an interesting flavor. Coffee is slightly acidic with a very thiccccc foam. Love that.
Big prawn omelette with croissant was very fresh. The prawns are succulent. Eggs are fluffy. All on top of an artisan croissant. So good! They serve a lot of food so be careful.
Price is actually quite reasonable for what they serve. It isnât cheap but it is worth it. Breakfast hour is kinda dead. They probably need to do some social media marketing to compensate for their well hidden location. Very well done overall. I havenât had cafe food this excellent for a while.
Taste good! But the noodle is not enough to eat... a bit expensive and we wait for a long time . It is Worth to trying!
The matcha pancake was perfect > really enjoyed it! The Thaibonara was yummy and has kinda Thai taste. The sauce was creamy. The prawn was well cooked ;) I really love the food but the place is just a little bit small.
Thai milk tea pancake was yummy, a little sweet. The pancake itself is really fluffy. The thaibonara is amazing, not heavy and a little spicy. Highly recommended. The crab croissant had eggs that could have a bit more flavour but overall still yummy. Service was good.
Really tasty food and the soufflé pancakes were amazing.
I had the croissant and egg prawn with grilled chicken. The dish is well priced. I think $5 is a bit much for the amount of chicken you get but thatâs my only complaint.
The kitchen fryer unfortunately was broken down by the time we ordered so I was quite sour about missing out on the other things offered but thatâs an excuse to revisit.
The soufflĂ© pancake was a real treat. The presentation is great and the pancake has a satisfying wobble and texture. I felt there was a missing element (the soufflĂ© pancake doesnât have a distinct flavour alone so if you run out of jam or cream it can be quite bland)
Itâs very difficult to find any fault and Iâm looking to coming back again.

âą It locates in a (I would say) hidden spot. You kinda need to look closely because it locates outside but upstair a building.
âą It is not spacious at all. There are tables outside, some tables and bar seatings inside.
âą The service is absolutely efficient.
âą Personally, prices are so reasonable with servings. (They actually made a statement that they are here to make everyone get fat! Can you believe it?? I do!!)
âą My friend and I really like our dishes. Food tastes so right, so good (even it may be just simple upgrades from usual dishes).
âą It seems like cash preferred but card is accepted too.
In general, it is my first favourite brunch restaurant so far. Definitely get back here to try other dishes.
Famous for their souffle pancakes and for good reason - each flavour was delicious in it's own way. We had the matcha, thai tea and limited banoffee pancakes (the latter being my favourite). They also have great burgers and a nice scrambled egg with a croissant.
Itâs such a shame that I found this place so late!
The BEST pancake Iâve ever had!
Thai flavor is nice but a bit too sweet. Gonna try other flavor next time.
The food was excellent and surprising! We never thought about having a beef patty combined which chicken in a burguer. It was a good choice!
The only downside is that our desert took around 25min to come and we had to check it with the kitchen twice, which was not a good experience.
Either way, it's a must try
I will give it 6 stars if I could! Definitely our fav cafe by far in Sydney. Nutto burger and tiramisu souffle is always our must order. Everything is so delicious!!! highly recommended.
The best souffle pancakes ever, portion size was generous and i couldn't finished all by myself. Love their 'Karee burger' too, so juicy and tender especially with side of sweet potato fries. So yumm! Definitely will be back soon ;))
