Prompt, polite service by super knowledgeable staff. They were engaged with the customer the whole time, from taking the order to handing it over. The coffees we had were the requested temperatures, smooth and creamy = PERFECT. The cannoli dessert I had was delicious. Well done to the team at Franky and Co in Kings Langley.
Limited range of foods, toasted sandwiches, pies and sausage rolls. but lovely assortment of cakes. Their coffee is the nicest out of the 3 coffee shops in the centre.
I usually order some small treat to accompany my small cappuccino, on every occasion the staff have always been friendly and given recommendations when asked for one.

Agree coffee is always good. However customer service is a bit of hit and miss, in saying so, pretty much ypung kids or teenagers are serving, sp give them.a chance to improve.
Very miserly with tissues. Ordered 3 items and one small tissue.
Great coffee and cakes. Both the mud slice and brownie were yum. Will be coming here to try the rest of the cakes.
I wanted to try the pie, but the staff informed that the oven was broken. So skipped it, a microwaved pie will be just soggy. But I'm glad they told me they din't have a functional oven, otherwise I'm sure would have been disappointed while they served.
Coffee is fantastic and the staff are friendly, attentive and always helpful, I get my coffee here almost every morning.
