Great pho. All meals are fresh and the flavours are awesome.

I'd say this would be my favourite pho outside of flemington. Rate it better than the ones in haymarket and inner west. Only qualm is the lack of beef varieties. Only basic beef strips. No tripe etc.

Pork chop is tasty and the stir fry noodles are worth a try.

The service is really nice and the food also.
Good pho, good chicken satay, and goos vietnamise rools. The only thing that I didn't like was the cold in the restaurant, the rest it was perfect.

Cheap and cheerful. One of the few stayers in this strip. Pho and noodle salad are good options for lunch. I go there every now and then for workday lunch.

All the food we have had here has been delicious. We usually get take-away, but we ate in tonight. Yes, the decor is a bit on the chintzy side, but the lovely staff made up for that! Ingredients are really fresh, flavours are balanced and it comes out really quickly too! Recommended.

Yummmmmm! Rice paper rolls delicious and fresh. Pho was pretty authentic! Fried ice cream was average. Yum taste but obvious it had not been just fried. Service was gd- quick and family run. Place needs a SERIOUS refurb though. Such a shame it looks like a bit of a miss of a restaurant because the food is fantastic!!!!!!!! Def coming again! Great value for the price too!

Our favourite local eat. T.... Our favourite local eat.
This delightful family run restaurant never fails to satisfy. Good value, tasty food & sweet service with a smile. Our favourite dish is the Vietnamese hot & sour prawns. Also highly recommended are any of the Vietnamese salads.

The family love this place and go when ever we can. The best veggie fried rice in Sydney - lots of veggies! We'd eat there more often if there was a better selection of vegetarian options.

I eat here almost every week. The pho and rice paper rolls are to die for plus the shop is owned by the nicest little family. Highly recommended.

After visiting Vietnam, I'd like to think I know my pho, and since returning to Australia my life has become a constant search for pho that hits the spot just like it did while we were travelling. The pho at Saigon Princess is classic southern style, a nice simple broth with just the right amount of sweetness. Sometimes the meat can be sliced a little too thick and may be a little bit tough, but most of the time it's just right. Anyway, pho is really about the broth and tailoring the dish to your taste with the sprouts, basil, chillies and sauces, and this definitely ticks all the boxes! What's more, the dining experience is made all the nicer when you realise that this is a 100% a family run business with mum and dad busy cooking out the back, while three lovely, polite young daughters manage front of house. It really gives you the warm and fuzzies. The Banh Xeo just misses the mark, but it's a good alternative if you're looking for some fresh and crunchy ingredients. If you're dining with friends or a partner, bring wine, beer etc. Order some nibbles like spring rolls, cold rolls and crispy money bags to start.
