i came there many time before lockdown. missing their great service and best pho in cbd.

Food came to me cold, i called the restaurant and spoke to the friendly Tung who advised me to call Uber Eats and also provided their number. After Tung offered to replace the items, Uber Eats refused to send another driver even at the restaurants expense. Tung then booked a normal Uber from his end to deliver my food to me quickly and even with some additional items thrown in. Then messaged me to make sure all was ok! Absolutely above and beyond service. 5 stars.
