Ordered it as home delivery, I got the garlic prawns pizza and it was delicious, the prawns were big and juicy, although you really need to be a fan of garlic as it was very strong, I felt it was a little overpowering actually. And I love garlic.
I also had the pepperoni pizza which was spot on.
These guys make great simple pizzas in a hot oven. Good value, great base, quick and reliable! I tend to order the more basic pizzas, definitely the house's strong suit.
Wood fired pizza is always beautiful here. Very friendly. Love it.
Lucky to work next door. These guys know how to run a cafe, I come into this place nearly everyday now and they never disappoint. They have really friendly staff with seriously good food and coffee all round.

If I were to rate this place a couple of years back, it would have got nowhere near a 4 or above. But today, I’m impressed. I can tell the staff took great care and dedication when making my pizza. The toppings, sauce and cheese were evenly placed and spread; and more importantly, the pizza dough was baked to perfection - crumbly crust that’s airy and soft inside even when the cornicione is less than 1/4 inch thick. That’s impressive, considering most joints including this place in the past just casually over bake the dough. Great time and temperature control.
Is it Italian? Probably not. The sauce was cooked and the cornicione resembles more of a thin-crust Chicago style which scream American.
Does it matter? Absolutely not, cuz it was good and hell yeah brothers I couldn’t stop stuffing my face with it!
Personally, I’d say the eggplant could use a little more (bold flavored) olive oil and cooking time to soften the tissues. Those vegs could’ve been fresher but I ordered it at night so not necessarily their fault. It won’t hurt with some garlic and chili oil too at the end. But objectively speaking, the acidity of the tomato sauce was pleasant. The pizza was crafted and baked to perfection. Nice browning on the cheese and the dough - top and bottom. Even heat distribution and great T&T control. The pizza base alone should be at least a 4. Hence, I’m giving it 5/5 in honor of the love and care from their staff and the improvement from my last experience. Looking back I literally witnessed the first day when this place was opened where it was previously occupied by another pizza shop back in 2016. Time flies.

Arancini is one of the best restaurants in the Waterloo area. Attention to the customer and his requests is a must. the pizza is well made, the result of a wise knowledge of the raw material and an abundance of quality toppings. the staff is nice. They also have menus for vegetarians and vegans and this is top! I recommend ordering something from them to try some good food in Sydney.
Fast good Tucker at reasonable/good price (if you order pickup direct with them, or just turn up to their shop). The pasta's and gnocchi are good and just al dente as they should be The sauces are the typical ones, nothing inventive or anything, but they are good.
"Arancini" is a place that I recommend! if you want to try good food you can try ordering from them! I don't live in Sidney, and this was a place that was recommended to me by friends ... I confirm the good review! try it!
