My new favorite place for yum cha. The seafood dishes in yum cha are fresh. A little bit more pricey but in Darling harbour, of course price tag dearer than other normal yum cha. Do not expect the traditional way where people push trolleys because you will not find it here.

Great addition to Darling Harbour. Located next to the infamous Steerson's Steak House and Georges restaurant Pier Nine offers diners an authentic Chinese experience. Managed by Raymond (ex-Golden Century) the service is second to none with the dim sum master in the kitchen this place is really impressive.

To start I have some pork, prawn and scollop dumplings. All three were fantastic with strong flavours from the fresh produce.

I didn't have time to try some of the other items - Peking Duck, Black Bean Steak etc. Although they also have live seafood on offer - definitely reasons to come back!
