Amazing customer service! This place is an absolute gem! The food is always stunning, delicious, it is clean, fresh, and always served with a lovely and friendly customer service! An absolute must try in the Picadilly shopping Centre!

I loved Ottoman Grill bcos it was my 1st time there. It is a Kebab shop served by 1 person. He was extremely busy bcos there were lots of customers lining up2 order. This person was gr8, the way he spoke & took the orders. The way he cooked the food, an absolute professional. He was exceptional. 👍🙏

Kebabs glorious kebabs with a delicious freshly served grilled meat. It's true the saying that if food is prepared correctly and served with a smile it tastes heavenly. That was my experience with this take-out kebab store. The minute I approached to order, the server had a big welcoming smile. Mind you it was busy but the staffs here still managed to serve everyone promptly with a smile. Fast service, delicious kebabs and burgers, serves with a friendly smile. Great atmosphere that makes me want to go back again and again. Cheers!

Excellent taste food, I tasted Kabab from so many restaurant in Sydney and this is one of the best tasty kabab I ate. The best part is, the staff is really cool. They call you brother while making an order. I love the way they treat customers. Excellent service.
