I loved Ottoman Grill bcos it was my 1st time there. It is a Kebab shop served by 1 person. He was extremely busy bcos there were lots of customers lining up2 order. This person was gr8, the way he spoke & took the orders. The way he cooked the food, an absolute professional. He was exceptional. 👍🙏

I have been visited here multiple times and I can confirm that they provide extremely rude customer service. Today, I ordered kebab with bbq sauce. While having kebab, I realized that there is no sauce in kebab. I came back to them and asked them for checking, but the owner of the shop just said “You came back after finishing half of them.”. Well, do I need to open kebab everytime to check sauce? Sometimes whole sauce can be stayed at the bottom of kebab due to gravity and that’s why I realized no sauce after having some of them. Also, when I picked up the kebab, I clearly asked them if this kebab has sauce and their answer was yes. What I needed is their apologize and same amount of left kebab with sauce, but they insulted me and they continued to be rude(They said they can call security). Later on, they gave me whole kebab, but I denied it as I felt very insulted and I was very disappointed on their attitude. Before they sell food, they should learn basic manner.

The kebab tasted alright, nothing too special - the meat didn't have too much of a taste for some reason. A friend I went with got a snack pack which he said tasted pretty good, so I guess there's that. Customer service was very good tho! Friendly people :) Overall, it was not bad - could probably be a 4-star if the prices were lower.

Kebabs glorious kebabs with a delicious freshly served grilled meat. It's true the saying that if food is prepared correctly and served with a smile it tastes heavenly. That was my experience with this take-out kebab store. The minute I approached to order, the server had a big welcoming smile. Mind you it was busy but the staffs here still managed to serve everyone promptly with a smile. Fast service, delicious kebabs and burgers, serves with a friendly smile. Great atmosphere that makes me want to go back again and again. Cheers!

Excellent taste food, I tasted Kabab from so many restaurant in Sydney and this is one of the best tasty kabab I ate. The best part is, the staff is really cool. They call you brother while making an order. I love the way they treat customers. Excellent service.
