I didn't know Group Therapy Cafe existed until today as I rarely go to Toowoomba but I was impressed beyond words. The food was incredible, the coffee was amazing and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this cafe and will be telling everyone I know about it. Good food, great coffee and excellent service. Thanks guys! I will be back.
If the the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with great music isn’t enough.....wait till you try the food and coffee. The bacon and egg bagel is perfection! Crispy bacon, homemade tomato chutney, crunchy fresh bagels and a perfectly fried egg! Every element cooked to perfection! The coffee is strong and smooth and pairs beautifully with their decadent sweets such as the apple crumble cheesecake I had the pleasure of trying. Do yourself a favour and check out this gem.
Lovely coffee and amazing range of sweets made on site. The Banofie caught my attention and didn't disappoint, smooth caramel, banana and fresh cream encased in a delicious chewy oatey choc case.

Just had lunch there today and it was awesome. Great friendly service & great food. Had chicken schnitzel with salad & chips. Chicken was succulent and the chips were so scrummy. Ordered take-away coffees for drive home and also excellent. Will be back again for sure when we come to town. �

We celebrated my Grandmothers 90th here and could not have been happier. The staff were amazing, the food to die for and the atmosphere wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful day.
The amazing staff at group therapy went out of their way to make a croissant with maple syrup for my very confused 5yo who thought croissants are called rissoles... Very appreciated! Great service.
House made syrups are delicious especially the caramel. Great service A+

Tried a few Toowoomba cafes, this is one of the best ones so far.
What a fantastic Toowoomba cafe, one you would expect to see in downtown Melbourne. The coffee is great, the atmosphere is great, the smell of the smoker that sits outside smoking meats for the food on offer on a cold Toowoomba winters day adds to the comfort of the place. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. It is my new favourite cafe.
A little gem, and definitely worth stopping in for brunch, lunch, coffee/tea and cake or just a coffee. Outdoor and indoor seating. Good for small groups, couples or solo. Friendly service. I had a great iced long black and fresh made scone that was fluffy in the inside and nice crust on the out side.
The coffee here is simply amazing! And the scones are so big, perfect for sharing. So glad I went in after driving past so many times. Wish I found this place sooner!
