I didn't know Group Therapy Cafe existed until today as I rarely go to Toowoomba but I was impressed beyond words. The food was incredible, the coffee was amazing and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this cafe and will be telling everyone I know about it. Good food, great coffee and excellent service. Thanks guys! I will be back.

If the the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with great music isn’t enough.....wait till you try the food and coffee. The bacon and egg bagel is perfection! Crispy bacon, homemade tomato chutney, crunchy fresh bagels and a perfectly fried egg! Every element cooked to perfection! The coffee is strong and smooth and pairs beautifully with their decadent sweets such as the apple crumble cheesecake I had the pleasure of trying. Do yourself a favour and check out this gem.

Lovely coffee and amazing range of sweets made on site. The Banofie caught my attention and didn't disappoint, smooth caramel, banana and fresh cream encased in a delicious chewy oatey choc case. Calm space to relax, great service.
