I have visited Flannerys Toowoomba, several times over the past 6 months, and have had excellent service every time. The staff are happy and friendly, and always extremely helpful. The store is tidy and clean, and well laid out, making it easy to find the products I want.
**edit :2 months later (7th march): since writing this review I have returned and have been blown away by the service and quality of food!! Thank you for working hard to get it right - i appreciate it. From 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you!! ** I went to grab an acai bowl just now and the girl told me they couldn't do them as they were closing soon. It says the store closes at 4 and she said the cafe closed at 3pm... being that it is 245pm I am utterly disappointed in their terrible service.

Great selection and always new products. They usually have samples for their bulk items which is sweet getting to try some new things.
