Terrible experience!! Staff were exceptionally rude and very unhelpful. They clearly didn’t want to be at work, and it showed! One woman behind the counter barked at the other girl serving like she was beneath her! You can see the work place bullying here while waiting in line!

Never had a problem with the staff they have always been friendly and efficient . Opening hours are useless, its like you have to take time off work to pick up a parcel, ridiculous.

The lady serving shouted at the next person in line, very abrupt. I was given information about package going overseas that I've since found to be incorrect.( From another Australia Post store) I was just given the brush off. Even my son said, gee they are grumpy in there.

Rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful staff. Don't even bother trying to get the new Australia Mint coins. They ration the coins - one coin per transaction.
