Today's experience was good. Drinks were good and deserts were fresh. I have previously found that there deserts tasted a few days old, but today they get a better rating than if I had rated them the last time I ate here a few years back.
Staff are largely rude, incompetent, and mess up the coffee almost every time. It's burnt and terrible. Also they can't be bothered to put through a loyalty points free one so they don't even give you the option to do so now. I spent way too long waiting at the counter to be served without even a "S
Good coffee and customer service, only down side is when coffee or food is ready staff don't speak loud enough. I reccomend to going back to the Name system as on many occasions I have seen orders get mixed up.
Not sure what has happened to this franchise as I've always loved Gloria Jeans coffee shops but this was my 3rd and final bad coffee from this particular shop. Been here a bit over many years. Never had any issues. The Chai late is really good, very spiced flavour, different to many others. The shakes are also very good.
I need it something sweet to eat after the blood donation I have done 30 minutes earlier and I choose an eclair, big mistake, the cake was old, the cream was off and the crust was hard and not good at all.

Gloria Jeans at Hyperdome is pathetic! I waited over 10 minutes for a caramel chiller! Shop wasn't busy just incompetent non English speaking staff! Will buy my coffee from Soul Origin, they may be 1 or 2 dollars more and out of the way but the service is that much better!
The prices are high and the service was terrible. If I pay $23 for 2 coffees and 2 croissants. I expect it to be heated properly,
not microwaved and brought to my table.
