Today's experience was good. Drinks were good and deserts were fresh. I have previously found that there deserts tasted a few days old, but today they get a better rating than if I had rated them the last time I ate here a few years back.

Good coffee and customer service, only down side is when coffee or food is ready staff don't speak loud enough. I reccomend to going back to the Name system as on many occasions I have seen orders get mixed up.

Been here a bit over many years. Never had any issues. The Chai late is really good, very spiced flavour, different to many others. The shakes are also very good.
